The room is clean, the location is very, very strategic, easy access, free parking.

The surrounding hygiene is very poor. There is a river of garbage at the gate and the smell is very strong.

Boro boro stay overnight....booking at Bogor Valley via TRIP is not acknowledged, aka not registered at Bogor Valley...no one feels like they accepted the booking via the TRIP app...let me ask the hotel staff, I've never worked with apk. TRIP, I asked security and there was no order in my name through the TRIP apk... I complained asking for my money back but it was complicated... I don't know if this is the right apk or not... and who is at fault, I don't know... What is certain is that the hotel answered that the hotel does not work with the TRIP app.

In the room there was only 1 drinking glass and it was dirty, and the bathroom didn't have a separate tap for ablution
