Wow what a find. beautiful very private apar**ents, stunning views of the ocean, clean and well equipped, if you are looking to relax and unwind this place is definitely for you, it's situated approximately 4km from the nearest town, there is a good reliable taxi service which will cost you 10 euros each way, but we decided to hire a car to see the beautiful sites of kafaloina, the host Claudia was knowledgeable, approachable, and a lovely lady.

Fantastic little apar**ent block, set aside from the business of the nearby town. If you don't want to be surrounded by 000's of other people, then this is a great place to stay. Hire a car so you can get about, and you'll have a fantastic break. Plenty of people will mention the distance to the shops if on foot, but we found we quite enjoyed walking down the hill first thing in the morning, getting what we needed for the day, and then walking back up before it got too hot. We stayed here during the summer with the family, and found the apar**ent complex to be clean & tidy for the whole duration. Claudia is a brilliantly approachable host. Friendly to chat to, perpetually hungover, who's happy to share plenty of local knowledge. Would happily recommend, and hope to return again one day.

What a fantastic find, we had a great week here in July. Claudia is very friendly and made us feel at home. The views are breathtaking and the apar**ents are great, clean and well equipped for basic meal prep. We didn't hire a car and it was so hot the week we were there we struggled to walk down to the shops (and back up) but there are plenty of taxis for around €10 each way. The supermarkets are fairly basic in Skala but we got a bus to the next town Poros where there is a excellent butcher and fruit and veg shop, the buses are not reliable though and the return bus didn't arrive so we had to cab it back, If you want to do any trips you would be better with a car as apparently its very common for the buses not to run/arrive. You can access the sea Via the hotel next door that's also managed by TUI, there is no beach but a lovely tiered patio with sunbeds, and ladders to get out of the water, this felt like a little bit of heaven, we saw a Turtle and a dolphin in the water one day. The hotel are happy for you to use the facilities there if you wanted to, there is a bar and restaurant, they also have showers down the stairs near the pool you can use on the last day of the holiday. We only ate out twice as we preferred to stay by the sea until it started getting dark so I cant give any recommendations where to eat. If you want to get away from it all this is the place, its just beautiful. It's so quite as there are only 8 apar**ents, one day we had the whole place to ourselves. We will definitely be booking again for next year.

LOVELY, clean, modern, well maintained space. 2 minute drive from the beautiful Porto Skala BEACH. 8 minutes from SKALA resort town. The KITCHEN has a big fridge-freezer, oven, induction hobs and plenty of cooking utensils. TV has Netflix. INTERNET was a bit sketchy at times but during downtime we 4 would all be on our devices, nonetheless. Reviewers complaining that open patio doors turn off the AIR-CON should know: you can't cool a Greek island with hotel AIR-CON. That said, every time you re-enter you'll need to turn it back on. Claudia, THE OWNER, was happy to help with a no nonsense backbone. She's the only staff we saw and cleaned the apar**ents daily. Talking with her doesn't feel like talking to hotel "staff" but she was kind and attentive. Apar**ent was CLEANED once during our 7 night stay. This was okay but we would've appreciated a dust-pan and brush to keep the floors clear. The small pool looked lovely against the sea backdrop but the chlorine levels gave our son a painful rash. We spoke to 2 other guests who'd had the same reaction. Overall, Agnatio apar**ents served us very well, at a fair price.

We stayed here in 2018 and based on that decided to stay again this year. We were not disappointed. Great views, very comfortable apar**ent, lovely pool and brilliant owners. Claudia could not have been more accommodating and helpful and gave great advice on places to visit too. It is a little way outside of the centre of town so nice and peaceful. if you want to explore the island renting a car or scooter should be considered.

Stayed at Agnantio Apar**ents for two weeks, what a fabulous place. The ground floor apar**ent we had was lovely. The whole place is clean and so well looked after. The views are amazing, and the pool is clean and very well maintained. Claudia who runs the place is so helpful and friendly, she treats everyone so well and helps where she can to make the stay as good as possible. The walk to town can be a bit of a challenge, especially in the high heat of the day, but the local supermarket and bakery are walkable in the cool of the evening. But that distance means the place is quiet and relaxing. I would recommend staying here is an experience not to be missed. It's a fantastic place with an amazing manager who will give you that little extra if needed!!

Just returned from 2 weeks at the Agnantio studios and apar**ents. My wife and I had studio 2, our daughter and her friend had studio 3. We've stayed in Skala many times but this was our first stay at Agnantio. The accommodation is modern, clean and really well maintained. There's a small pool and open views across the sea to Skala and well beyond. You will probably need a hire car or to use taxis as the walk into town is a bit of a stretch in the summer heat. The studios have plentiful storage space, a well-equipped kitchenette, quiet, efficient air-conditioning (no extra charge), a safe (likewise) and outdoor seating. There were some thoughtful touches above the usual self-catering standard, including provision of washing-up liquid, a new pan scourer and a folding clothes maiden complete with pegs. We spent our days loafing around the pool or driving to our usual haunts, and our evenings eating out in town and coming back to Agnantio to enjoy a bottle of wine outdoors. Very relaxing. On a couple of nights we could hear music when the Apostalata resort opposite held its Greek Night, but this was in no way intrusive and I actually found it pleasant (which surprised my family as I am known to be a noise-pollution grump). The manager Claudia is extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and the complex is scrupulously maintained. The management clearly "get it", and are devoted to providing the best possible experience to the guests. One tip - it's worth keeping a few essentials in the fridge / cupboards. The nearest mini-market is a couple of miles away. If you've got water, milk, yoghurt, fruit, cereal, sandwich stuff and a drop of splosh you're probably covered for most eventualities. All in all we had a fantastic holiday and will be returning to Agnantio.
