I booked the Ramada only because my favorite Kelowna hotel wasn't available. Starting with parking not being available near the front lobby, I questioned whether this was the right choice. No signage to where the lobby is located when coming in from the back made an adventure. Most hotels let you stop at the lobby to check in, but not this one, so I had to drive around a loop to find parking and then trudge back to check in. Check in was ok, fairly smooth. However the directions to our room were vague and we had to hunt for our room as the hotel veers off into two parts. One elevator only that fits no more than four people with their suitcases. After searching all over, we finally found our room, only to find that there was a much simpler way to get to it. We booked a "business suite" thinking it might be a bit higher end. A business suite is definitively larger than your average hotel room, but with ugly out dated furniture. The sitting area is an arm chair in the corner and there is a table that I assume is to pass off as a desk. The "flat screen tv" is a 32-40 inch TV that for the size of the room is not acceptable. The room and bathroom were very clean which was great. The beds were fairly comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. That's about all I liked about the room. We also were on the side of the hotel facing the restaurant patio. Be prepared to hear music and have the spotlights from the patio interfere with your evening. It did stop around 10, but if you're looking to get an early sleep, you might have trouble. There was a very nice ceiling fan in our room, but it was broken. Too bad as it would have been nice to use. All in all, the hotel needs a good refresh of their decor inside the rooms and out. Wyndham should spend the money to make some updates I don't think I'd stay here again
