"A nice stay in the Park Inn Hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy. We had a double queen room, which was spacious and had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located just outside the town. Breakfast was basic but set us up for the day. Water stations are available. Would stay again."

"The hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which made for a welcoming atmosphere. The room itself was spacious, and the bathroom was notable small. While the stay was generally satisfactory, there were a few concerns that impacted my experience. Unfortunately, I encountered numerous small flies in the room, including one on a towel, which required me to use tissues to address. Additionally, the elevator was in need of more frequent cleaning, as it appeared quite dirty during my stay. On a positive note, the hotel offered breakfast vouchers for Ricky’s, conveniently located just outside. These vouchers were valid until 4 PM, which provided a nice level of flexibility."

"We had a wonderful stay! Very quiet location and we especially enjoyed the lower level room opening into the beautiful grassy courtyard area. A short walk to the pool and hot tub! And the breakfast was simply delightful. All the staff were friendly and we would like to commend the fine, professional and helpful staff at the front desk - always a smile that made the day bright! "Very new and modern equipment! Moreover, the room is large and feels very comfortable! There is a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym! If it snows heavily and it’s inconvenient to go out, you can stay in the hotel! Secondly, the breakfast is pretty good! Although the selection is not large, there are slight changes every day! Worthy of appreciation! And Chief is very proactive in helping and very friendly! So every time I come to Kelowna, Holiday Inn Express is my first choice. It is very convenient to get there, and there are many delicious restaurants next to the hotel!"

"We had a great stay! The staff were so friendly and polite, and the hotel was very clean and tidy. The free breakfast was tasty, and the shuttle bus made everything super convenient — especially for visiting our son at UBCO. We stayed two nights and would definitely come back."

"The Dilworth Inn is an older hotel and our room appeared dated. The fixtures and fittings were old fashioned and the carpet was well worn. Having said that, it was clean and comfortable. Everything worked and there was a modern TV. There is a pool but it was unavailable during our stay. The hotel is a long way from downtown Kelowna and the lake front. It isn't really walkable and car parking can be expensive downtime. We paid $25.60 for 3 hours near the Japanese garden...ouch! There was plenty of choice for breakfast but all cutlery and crockery, mugs and glasses were disposable, which seemed very wasteful. Maybe that's how they are able to offer attractive room rates. All in all, not a bad choice for people on a budget."
