Kelowna Hotels with Breakfast

Very close to the airport, convenient for travel!

Booked two rooms for this holiday, the room was large and the facilities were good in all aspects. The reception attitude on the day of arrival was a bit poor. The location of the hotel is very good, 3 minutes walk from Lake Okennagan, there are many entertainment projects by the lake, walking and taking pictures are excellent. The pizza at the Italian restaurant opposite the hotel is delicious, the tiramisu is also great, the price is very affordable, highly recommended.

The front desk staff were excellent. Everyone was friendly and kind, and had a very clean appearance ✨️ It's also super close to downtown, so I highly recommend it!!

The hotel was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, with a very convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was a breeze. Its peaceful environment makes it ideal for both leisure and business travelers. Overall, a fantastic experience; I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Our suite had a living room and two bedrooms, with three TVs in total. Each room had a queen-size bed and a sink, so there was no scrambling to wash your face or brush your teeth when you were in a group. It was very user-friendly. The living room also had a queen-size sofa bed, which was perfect for our three adults and two children. The living room also had a refrigerator and stove.

Very good, because I participated in the event, a friend recommended the hotel to stay. The overall environment of the stay is very good, and the price booked on Ctrip is also better. Communication with hotel staff is also very smooth.

Hotel is newer so feels fresh and clean. Our room and bedding had a bit of a stale smell, I asked to have the pillows swapped after the first night as I immediately noticed the “greasy” smell when I went to bed. Although they exchanged the pillows, the second set was no better so I sprayed them with some aromatherapy I happened to have on hand. Overall nice hotel, front desk staff could be more friendly and professional, but not a big problem.

Our stay was generally okay—clean room and expected service—but nothing particularly memorable. One issue stood out: we were asked to stop using the pool at around 9:30 AM because we were told it only opens at 10. We respected that, but just minutes later, another guest used the pool at 9:37 AM, followed by a family with two kids before 10 as well. It felt inconsistent and a bit unfair. A clear and consistently enforced policy would’ve avoided the confusion and frustration. This small incident left us with mixed feelings about the stay.
