Great
HHaymond Hon YuWe had an enjoyable stay, and the location of the hotel is accessible, and more importantly, the service was great and friendly staff was helpful
We definitely will return again.
SSuniwafushidaowangpingThe hotel room was spacious with a sofa area, and it was very clean and hygienic. The service was also excellent and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, which made the children very happy.
GGuest UserLocated at the waterfront of downtown, my fiancee and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The heated pool on the rooftop was a nice addition to our stay. Thank you!
GGuest UserI almost didn't book here because it appears to be a 1950s motel with fresh paint. That would have been a huge mistake. The location is perfect for wandering downtown and the parks by the lake. The room was bright, colorful, and one of the cleanest ever. I couldn't stop being amazed by the updates and upgrades, and all the bright colors kept me smiling. The color matched vw bus in the lot defines the character. I will choose Hotel Zed again over any of the boring up-scale or traditional places to stay in Kelowna. It's different, fun, and a great place.
AAnonymous UserWe were greeted with a very warm welcome. Surprisingly the booking says no breakfast but we were given coupons to Ricky’s All day breakfast for pancakes and bacon which was fulfilling enough for our morning. They had a coffee machine in the lobby which was really nice too! Will definitely book again
FFANGThe surrounding environment is very beautiful, the room facilities are also very good, that is, I regret that I have not booked a villa. In fact, it is quite good for us to book a villa for 7 people.
MmoherThe room was spacious, and the bedding was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation. It truly lives up to its reputation as 'Vancouver's backyard,' surrounded by captivating mountain and water views. However, the bed was a bit too soft, and breakfast was quite basic.
WWuyuxianThe room is large, the soundproofing is average, and the gym has a sense of age. The location is great, right next to the main road, with McDonald's next to it and a shopping mall opposite.
GGuest UserThis was a two day planned get away for my husbsnd and I. Great location, we walked everywhere. The deck was a bit dirty, however there is construction going on around this location. The garbage truck dumps the big bins at 5:30 am so if you get an early wake up call. The hotel itself is a good choice, restaurants is also good. No pub anymore, but does not say this online. All in all good stay.
GGuest UserOur stay was generally okay—clean room and expected service—but nothing particularly memorable. One issue stood out: we were asked to stop using the pool at around 9:30 AM because we were told it only opens at 10. We respected that, but just minutes later, another guest used the pool at 9:37 AM, followed by a family with two kids before 10 as well.
It felt inconsistent and a bit unfair. A clear and consistently enforced policy would’ve avoided the confusion and frustration. This small incident left us with mixed feelings about the stay.
