"A nice stay in the Park Inn Hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy. We had a double queen room, which was spacious and had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located just outside the town. Breakfast was basic but set us up for the day. Water stations are available. Would stay again."

"We had a wonderful stay! Very quiet location and we especially enjoyed the lower level room opening into the beautiful grassy courtyard area. A short walk to the pool and hot tub! "The hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which made for a welcoming atmosphere. The room itself was spacious, and the bathroom was notable small. While the stay was generally satisfactory, there were a few concerns that impacted my experience.
Unfortunately, I encountered numerous small flies in the room, including one on a towel, which required me to use tissues to address. Additionally, the elevator was in need of more frequent cleaning, as it appeared quite dirty during my stay.
On a positive note, the hotel offered breakfast vouchers for Ricky’s, conveniently located just outside. These vouchers were valid until 4 PM, which provided a nice level of flexibility."

"The hotel is in a great location, right by the lake, with a pleasant view. The room facilities are very complete, and the suite I booked actually has three bedrooms and three beds, which is very cost-effective. The rooftop heated swimming pool is a plus, and there is also a hot tub, which is a perfect holiday choice."

"staff was fine, the free breakfast was decent (boiled eggs and toast) - gets the job done. room was dated, but clean. motel is close to the throughway so you can hear the truck traffic. bed was way too soft, so didn't get much sleep - keep in mind that I'm hyper sensitive with a sore back, so that's on me. most people probably wouldn't be bothered by what I suffer!

"Next to Okanagan Hwy, gas stations, Walmart, restaurants, and shopping are all conveniently located. We settled in for one night and continued to hurry the next day, so this position is more suitable.
1. The hotel does not have slippers and toothbrushes, so you need to bring your own
2. There is a Chinese-speaking lady at the front desk, very nice
3, it is relatively quiet at night, the wall sound insulation is ok, but the door sound insulation is not good
4. Twin room is quite large, 1.5m / bed, no problem for 4 people
5. Budget hotel with well-decorated decoration. However, it is relatively clean. There are also a gym, laundry, and amusement facilities.
6, simple American breakfast, no problem with fullness.

GGuest UserThe hotel was extremely busy, as it was a holiday weekend. The state of the hotel definitely showed an increase in volume and turnover. Our room, the entranceway, and the bathroom floor had white marks all over it. At first, it looked like a child walked into paint and then ran in and out of the room. However, with the smallest of elbow grease, I was able to remove most of the marks from the bathroom. In doing so, it looked more like dried oatmeal, but I couldn't be sure. My point is that it was impossible not to notice this mess and that someone made a conscious decision to leave it in this manner. They did this, knowing that it was a long weekend and that guests would be paying in some cases double what they normally would pay. At these prices, with taxes,fees, etc, we were over a grand for 2 nights. At these prices, you do expect the rooms to be in pristine condition. We had spoken to a staff member delivering towels to a nèar by room. He informed us that he would speak to his supervisor and that someone would be up shortly. At this point, it was late and we were at the end of a solid week of moving. We needed sleep more than anything. To the best of our knowledge, no one tried to reach us in regard to this issue. This is a beautiful hotel. However, more needs to be done to keep it that way.

GGingerNutzThe Dilworth Inn is an older hotel and our room appeared dated. The fixtures and fittings were old fashioned and the carpet was well worn. Having said that, it was clean and comfortable. Everything worked and there was a modern TV. There is a pool but it was unavailable during our stay.
The hotel is a long way from downtown Kelowna and the lake front. It isn't really walkable and car parking can be expensive downtime. We paid $25.60 for 3 hours near the Japanese garden...ouch!
There was plenty of choice for breakfast but all cutlery and crockery, mugs and glasses were disposable, which seemed very wasteful. Maybe that's how they are able to offer attractive room rates.
All in all, not a bad choice for people on a budget.

The bar on the first floor had hot water, which we used to make instant noodles. Parking costs extra, but it's only 8 euros. Full marks!

MMikki LizThe front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The on-site restaurant is truly a hidden gem—both the food and drinks were outstanding. The only issue I encountered was with the air conditioning in the room. It was quite noisy, so I turned it off before bed to get a better night’s sleep. However, I woke up early in the morning to find it had turned itself back on and the room temperature had dropped to 18°C which was uncomfortably cold. I mentioned this to the front desk during check-out and the staff member sincerely apologized and assured me they would look into it. I appreciated the way the situation was handled. And the other thing is the room is a bit overpriced.

GGuest UserOur stay was generally okay—clean room and expected service—but nothing particularly memorable. One issue stood out: we were asked to stop using the pool at around 9:30 AM because we were told it only opens at 10. We respected that, but just minutes later, another guest used the pool at 9:37 AM, followed by a family with two kids before 10 as well.
It felt inconsistent and a bit unfair. A clear and consistently enforced policy would’ve avoided the confusion and frustration. This small incident left us with mixed feelings about the stay.
