Kelowna Hotels with Gym

We had a great stay! The staff were so friendly and polite, and the hotel was very clean and tidy. The free breakfast was tasty, and the shuttle bus made everything super convenient — especially for visiting our son at UBCO. We stayed two nights and would definitely come back.

Very clean and tidy hotel. It happened that I encountered a pedestrian street holiday and couldn't open to the main entrance of the hotel, and I couldn't find the parking lot entrance. The front desk of the phone was very attentive and found someone to pick it up. Very good service.

Very clean! Better than Marriott! The service response time was also very good! Faster than the 3,000 euro per night Canoe Hotel! The bar on the first floor had hot water, which we used to make instant noodles. Parking costs extra, but it's only 8 euros. Full marks!

Our suite had a living room and two bedrooms, with three TVs in total. Each room had a queen-size bed and a sink, so there was no scrambling to wash your face or brush your teeth when you were in a group. It was very user-friendly. The living room also had a queen-size sofa bed, which was perfect for our three adults and two children. The living room also had a refrigerator and stove.

Very good, because I participated in the event, a friend recommended the hotel to stay. The overall environment of the stay is very good, and the price booked on Ctrip is also better. Communication with hotel staff is also very smooth.

The surrounding environment is very beautiful, the room facilities are also very good, that is, I regret that I have not booked a villa. In fact, it is quite good for us to book a villa for 7 people.

Hotel is newer so feels fresh and clean. Our room and bedding had a bit of a stale smell, I asked to have the pillows swapped after the first night as I immediately noticed the “greasy” smell when I went to bed. Although they exchanged the pillows, the second set was no better so I sprayed them with some aromatherapy I happened to have on hand. Overall nice hotel, front desk staff could be more friendly and professional, but not a big problem.

This was a two day planned get away for my husbsnd and I. Great location, we walked everywhere. The deck was a bit dirty, however there is construction going on around this location. The garbage truck dumps the big bins at 5:30 am so if you get an early wake up call. The hotel itself is a good choice, restaurants is also good. No pub anymore, but does not say this online. All in all good stay.

Our stay was generally okay—clean room and expected service—but nothing particularly memorable. One issue stood out: we were asked to stop using the pool at around 9:30 AM because we were told it only opens at 10. We respected that, but just minutes later, another guest used the pool at 9:37 AM, followed by a family with two kids before 10 as well. It felt inconsistent and a bit unfair. A clear and consistently enforced policy would’ve avoided the confusion and frustration. This small incident left us with mixed feelings about the stay.
