very good 5 star service

Lovely small hotel

We stayed here before a long flight. Unfortunately, because our train was delayed, we were at the hotel after the possible check-in time, but they were able to help us over the phone without any problems. The rooms are nice and spacious and offer everything you need to start a long journey well rested before a flight 😊

The location is 10 minutes away from the airport by car. There are buses. Take subway S8 or S9, one stop away, and walk about 1.8 kilometers.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. There was a terrible smell as soon as I entered the door. There was a giant hamster in the room, and there were flies flying around. When the curtains were opened, the windows were sealed like plastic boards. There is no water in the hotel, and the hair dryer is broken... I will never stay in a hotel for free in the future.

Overall it's quite good, mainly because it's cost-effective. It's the cheapest hotel among all the surrounding hotels. The only bad thing is that the waiters all look like Syrian refugees, and their service attitude is average. They even knocked on the door one by one in the morning. Asking what time to check out is not a good idea.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There is no air conditioning, not even a cup, not even a bottle of water. The environment is worse than a 20 yuan small hotel in rural China. Ctrip should not hang up on this kind of hotel! The hotels near Munich Airport with the same price are n times more upscale than this one, but the one in Frankfurt is so bad?

The room is relatively simple, only suitable for overnight stay. There is not much food nearby. The hotel is run by Indians, the service is average, and there are no security measures.

There wasn't even a cup or tea bag in the room, and there weren't any cups in the bathroom. All that was provided was a bath towel. Oh, I forgot one thing, toilet paper is provided, which should be commended. The location is very remote. I am afraid I will be robbed on the road too late. I have to return to the hotel before dark. I won’t stay here again if it’s free.

The room was ok.

The overall stay experience was pleasant.
