отель - это ужасный ужас. хочу сразу сказать, что я очень дипломатичный человек. вопросы решаю без истерик. и по порядку -Практически всех, кто приезжает после ужина заселяют в " сарай на против", т.е. это здание отеля, на третьей линии, так и с нами было. правда, подвезли на машине .Ночь переночевали , а потом с чемоданами тащились в главный корпус. Номер в который нас заселили ( 3 этаж) не работало НИЧЕГО. холодильник, фен, кондиционер и даже электронный ключ не включал электричество ( розетка развалилась) . Мы просили хоть розетку починить, нам картонку подложили на пару дней спало терпимо , а потом народ стал разъезжаться и нам поменяли номер. А там.... тараканы .... И мы опять вернулись в свой номер. В итоге , розетку заменили, когда чуть не произошло возгорание. 90 процентов туристов жаловались на просто убитые номера. Уборка- терпимо, как везде в 3..., питание- терпимо, да , давали рыбу красную первую неделю ( мы были 12 дней).Пляж- одна прелесть, что рядом., но лежаков нет, а те, что есть сломанные, матрасы порванные . Хозяин отеля регулярно в отеле. Со мной мило улыбался и говорил, что все порешает. но, это только слова. Мы написали Туроператору своему. Хозяин отеля отписался , что все вопросы с нами порешал и подарил нам корзину фруктов ))) ( это не правда). Контингент отеля 70+ - это процентов 80. Отелю срочно нужен ремонт.

I dont suggest this hotel qualitywise… food, room, workers etc insufficient… you have to pay for internet in rooms. Lunch , dinner no bıttke water. You can buy as extra… beach belongs to hotel so small and no sunshine comes because of hotel building’s shadow… not enough space for sunbathing…

Пытались отдых.в октябре. Приехали четыре семьи.Рецепшен будка для вахт.за стеклом два молодых некомпетен.сотрудников не говор.на русском и англиск.языке или делающ.вид.Вопросы отдых.пытаются решать владелица спа и горничная Наташа.хотя в отеле проц.90 русскогов. Каждый день недов.которых пытаются заселять в эконом при оплач.стандартах. Охраны нет вообще заходи любой. За доплату в 50 усл.получили номер с красивым видом на море к нему прилаг.текущая душевая кабина вся в следах плесени и клея и часто отсутст .после 17 горячей воды. Подушки с ужасн.жестким наполнителем. И две колонки акустическ.прямо под балконами.Музыку гремит с 10 до 9 вечера. А с 22 до 4 утра бьют басы с ночных клубов закрыт.балкона звук не гасит. Первые ночи спали с 4 утра до 7.потом включ.кондиц.закр.дверь и беруши спасали . Радовала отличная погода но дышать свеж.воздухом в номере не будете. Хотите на пляже тень до 7 утра занимайте лежаки. После 10 может своб.не быть даже на солнцепеке. Расстоя.между ними сантим.по 30. Послушаете все об окруж.вас туристах и их проблемах.Питание. были и вкусно пригот.и мясо и курица.и много продуктов из полуф.замор.из сои на выброс. Нет свобод.доступа к кофемаш.и чаю. Один бармен на все напитки. Мы бронир.другой отель были в нем в прошл.году но он не открылся тур.опер.поменял без доплат на Валери цена таже о качество отдыха намного хуже. Цена под 2 тыс евро на 9 ночей за него явно завышена.продают как 4 звезды хотя это неплохая тройка. Спа хороший брали и програмы и массажи остались довольны. Правильно пишут отель уставш.и близ.ночных клубов минус. Близ.моря и торговых улиц плюс.

At first they put me on the 1st floor, I asked for a room with a balcony, they changed it for me free of charge. Cleaning every day, although I didn’t need it, I’m not dirty. The food is normal, meat, vegetables, desserts are standard Turkish, if are used to premium 5* - this is not for you, the price is too high here due to the location, the food is very modest. I can’t say about alcohol, I didn’t take it at the bar. I’ve been to the beach 2 times, I’m not a fan of lying close to strangers, so Moreover, the surroundings of Kemer are full of beautiful beaches.
