I stayed 2 days. And it was full. The food was good and had a lot of variety. In addition, the hotel had its own beach.

The room was clean but the dining area and communal toilet were bad.

The hotel is in a very beautiful location, when you go out to the balcony you see hundreds of pine trees. The food was very delicious. In the afternoon we were going out for pancakes and hamburgers, but I guess they didn't start serving fast food because it was the beginning of the season. Cleanliness was also good.

We booked a stay at the Grand Viking hotel in Kemer, especially because of the explanation on the website, child-friendly, playground, entertainment and children's buffet. When we arrived at the hotel in the evening, there was no cot available. Finally got one after a long wait, the mattress was far too short, full but full of strange stains, really disgusting. Hot water was not available on any day in the morning, a lukewarm shower was possible in the afternoon, not convenient with a 23 month old child. When you looked up in the shower you saw a very large hole outside. On one particular day we had cleaned and suddenly an extra used toothbrush was present in our bathroom. Both at breakfast, lunch and dinner, there was nothing especially for children, on the contrary, very little choice every day and lukewarm to cold food. Nowhere to warm up anything for a baby (I would expect this in a child-friendly hotel). The beautiful playground from the brochure and your website had also disappeared, just like the tennis court. All there was to find was a dirty, moldy dirty room with some play equipment among the litter of leaves and flowers. There was no entertainment either, the animators were sent home according to the reception because there were too few children (although there were several families with children present). In the toilets downstairs, the feces were hanging on the toilet seats and the doors (day 3 and day 6). was this still there) The pool seemed very attractive until on day 1 we saw the enormous amounts of cat feces around the pool. This hotel was downright dirty, filthy, outdated and completely different from what was indicated. For us this was a real hell holiday as there was absolutely nothing of what we had seen online on various websites

We were satisfied overall, even considering the previous 5 star experience. The only drinks in the bar were cola and white wine, normal. The meat was a little lacking for the meat eater. Not an ardent meat eater had enough of everything) The waiter Mehmet worked impeccably, very diligent, always clean and completely focused on work, very friendly to children. Initially, we were placed in a terrible room in the attic (the stench from the bathroom in the entire room, a cramped balcony). But the next day, the manager, after the first request, moved us to another room (222), without any problems, it was almost perfect, except for the trash cans nearby, and we could periodically smell it from the balcony. Not in the room. All rooms have a shower head without a flexible hose, that is, water pours only from above. For girls and women who do not wash their heads every time, I recommend taking a shower cap with you, it is impossible to find them here (I tried). The atmosphere is good, twice a week entertainment by the pool, live singing, once a week with dancing. The contingent is mostly mature, there are few young people. A hotel for the quiet. We had a good rest. Internet in the lobby is free, in the room there is a fee, the cost was not very pleasing, we abstained, took a break from gadgets, I recommend it 👌 but I slept excellently on such a “diet”, a lot and sweetly. Thanks to the hotel for not interfering with this at all, this is important. Transfer to the beach on schedule, maximum interval during the day is 2 hours. It's not a hassle to drive for a few minutes. You can also jump out early, to the beach, in the center, there is a stop. We visited on September 3-13, you can walk, but it’s hot, and therefore it seems far away. Beach towels for rent for the entire stay (10 days) 30 liras, can be changed to washed ones twice a week. I think it’s very convenient. There is a forest nearby, but in the heat it doesn’t feel cool, through it or along the village you can walk to a wild beach with small pebbles, we tried it once, the second time we didn’t get the motivation, it’s not worth it. It has its own beach, a separate area with sun loungers and umbrellas. There was usually enough space. But not always at the hotel pool. Therefore, many people occupy the sun loungers with towels in the morning, somewhere around the start of breakfast 🤦🏻‍♀️ We once naively encountered this and were left without seats, although there were a lot of empty sun loungers. (Next time we borrowed too, although we are not fans of such funds) In Kemer you can pay in dollars and euros almost everywhere, so don’t rush to exchange a lot for lira. I don't recommend the hotel. The dishes were often poorly washed, the cutlery was sticky, and there was sticky stuff under the plate. The waiters drove around the dining room with a cart of dirty dishes and collected them. Often the tables were not tidy and covered in crumbs. The coffee machine often ran out of milk and was not refilled for a long time. Regarding food: what was not eaten in the morning was served under the guise of another dish for lunch or dinner. The food is peppery and salty. The water cooler in the lobby quickly ran out, and they were in no hurry to provide a new bottle. The tulle in the room was torn and stained. The bed linen is tired, far from snow-white, the waffle sheet has holes in it. There is no sound insulation, you can hear everything that is happening in the neighboring rooms, in the corridor and on the street. The public Internet is disgusting, even if there were few people. People smoke everywhere. In the restaurant on the terrace there is the smell of a filled and long-unwashed ashtray. Nobody cares for the turtles. It is not clear why they were brought in. These turtles live exclusively on the allowance of vacationers, and what if someone feeds them. The beach is far away, I think all the kilometers. 2 on winding roads. Walking in the heat, you don't have much time. And the location of the beach itself is not good, a small piece, in the afternoon the sun quickly hides behind the mountain. And there is shade on the beach. I do not recommend this hotel
