Bardzo ładny i czysty hotel. Pracownicy bardzo pomocni i stają na głowie, aby zadowolić gości. Wszyscy uśmiechnięci służą pomocą. Jedzenie bardzo dobre. Pyszna kawa. Pokój codziennie sprzątany oraz zmiana pościeli oraz ręczników. W pokoju brak czajnika elektrycznego oraz ręczników plażowych /można wypożyczyć/. Bliziutko centrum, setki sklepów. Piękne miejsce, takie klimatyczne. Polecam wypożyczyć skuter elektryczny 3 osobowy blisko hotelu, można zwiedzić całą okolicę, 5 dolarów za godzinę. W hotelu bardzo dobry internet 3 dolary za dobę. Brakuje prysznica na plaży. Pobyt był bardzo udany, wspaniale spędzony czas. Hotel bardzo kameralny, przytulnyi przyjazny zwierzętom. Z pewnością wrócimy do Tu Casa Gelidonya. 🤗

The service cleans rooms every day and replaces towels, shampoos, paper and bed linen. The hotel has one large swimming pool and another smaller one. There is enough space for everyone. I can also recommend the food. Large variety of food for everyone who likes traditional and Mediterranean cuisine. Two bars in the hotel with good service that can make various drinks and cocktails. We, as 7 friends, stayed for 3 nights and 4 days during the holiday. We chose the hotel, deceived by the photos, without looking at the comments before leaving. But later we realized that we made a mistake. It was written that there would be evening shows of animation activities, and they even gave a program at the first entrance, but there was only a live music performance on the 1st day of the holiday. While it was written that it was next to the sea, the sea was quite far away. Alcohols were like water and the glasses dispensed were very dirty. When we complained to the employees, they expressed their complaints instead of finding a solution. The food was inadequate and the variety was low. The bar closes at 11 pm and we could not find anyone working at the hotel. When we wanted to buy our own drink and sit by the pool, we asked for a glass and they even forced us to give it to us. When we asked for an ashtray, they said they didn't have one and gave us a dinner plate. Regarding the room, it was clean but small, but this was not a problem for us. We only went to the hotel to sleep because there was nothing to do. The pool was small but clean. The snack bar was closed and meal hours were quite inadequate.
