Hello! I stayed from November 5 to November 14, 2023. In general, the hotel is not bad, the food is good, (many thanks to the cook) the sea is not far away, the center is nearby, everything is within walking distance. The staff is responsive! The room is good! Of the minuses, the cleaning, both in the room and at the hotel, is poor...the tables are practically not wiped, it’s dirty under the tables! Пляж маленький, сдан в субаренду очень неприятному человеку, который выставляет сломанные шезлонги, не убирает на пляже мусор и не разрешает приходить со своими напитками на пляж, хотя это нигде письменно не указано. Питание нормальное, разнообразное. Фрукты тоже давали. Плохо убирают столы и полы в столовой и в зоне у бассейна. Алкоголь очень низкого качества в баре. Полотенца и белье желтого цвета, но чистые и меняли.

Начну с того, что начитались отзывов перед отъездом и, честно сказать, готовились к худшему. Но были приятно удивлены. Конечно, в день приезда была небольшая заминка, но администрация смогла исправить ситуацию. Расскажу подробнее. Привезли нас в отель в начале 11.00, администратор Ирина была на рецепшн. Отправила на. Сразу же завтракать, после завтрака обещали заселить. Но как оказалось свободных номеров нет, и вот здесь нас уже ставят перед фактом, что нам нужно будет на сутки заселиться в отель напротив, пообещав нам компенсировать это неудобство бесплатным вай фаем. Вариантов не было, поэтому, пошли в отель напротив, заселились. На следующий день, выехали из отеля напротив, нас заселили в Асторию, предоставив при этом бесплатный вай фай на весь срок пребывания на 2х человек, в денежном эквиваленте это 16 евро+ бесплатный сейф, так же, на весь срок пребывания, по деньгам бы нам это вышло 24 евро. Нас такая компенсация полностью устроила, поэтому негативных эмоций от этой заминки не осталось. Дальше хочется сказать по поводу питания, чистоты и тд. Не смотрите особо на отзывы, все зависит от восприятия ситуации, мы с мужем особо не привередливые, не высасывали из пальца проблему🤷🏻‍♀️ да, местами, не очень чисто, номерной фонд тоже старенький, но опять же, если не придираться, то все очень даже прилично. Питание тоже достойное, разнообразное, вкусное. Сотрудники отеля все очень отзывчивые, да, в ноги не кланяются, с хлебом и солью не встречают, но всегда услышат и помогут. По поводу пляжа-пляж от отеля просто ужасен, шезлонги очень плотненько друг к другу, но мы туда даже особо не ходили, зависали на диком пляже. Но, наверное, кому важен пляжный отдых, этот отель не подойдет, это даже сами сотрудники признают. Единственный минус для нас был, который хотелось бы отметить, это кондиционер в номере, очень слабенький, его нужно либо почистить, либо заправить. Общее впечатление: Удобное месторасположение, подойдет для молодежного отдыха, все очень прилично,цена=качество полностью соответствует. Я бы посоветовала этот отель и город тем, кто так же, как и мы любит движуху, где-нибудь полазить, что-нибудь посмотреть. Для тюленьего отдыха, аля приехать на 10 дней и вообще не выходить из отеля однозначно не подойдет.

ездили на 7 ночей в августе 2023, я с дочкой. в общем отель не плохой. но конечно не 4 звезды и даже не 3. Жили на 4 этаже, номер маленький, все старенькое, фен не работал, постель твердая, белье желтого цвета, подушки дохлые, убирали нормально. постель вроде не меняли, просто перестилали. Кормили хорошо, в основном курица, один раз были бараньи котлеты, зелени полно, овощей, закусок. Фрукты и сладости стандартные. Правда на ресепшене внимательные Наби (вечером работает) и днем женщина, на все просьбы сразу откликаются , все стараются выполнить. Массажист хороший при отеле. На баре вино не вкусное, очень кислое. До пляжа минут 7 пешком, галька, надо брать обувь, напитки , еда платные. По дороге на пляж есть турагентство Гинза тур, там работает Ринат, приветливый, купили там 4 путевки, все было организованно и в 2 раза дешевле, чем у гида, рекомендую! В общем отдых понравился, в отеле тихо и спокойно, по семейному. Заплатили за отель не дорого, поэтому особо претензий и нет. Главное это природа Турции море, пляжи все прекрасно!
