Akra Kemer - All Inclusive

Wow! What an amazing holiday we had! The hotel is perfect - clean and comfortable and has created a uniquely friendly environment between all guests as well as the staff! The sun shone - the food was excellent (buffet and a la cartes), the nightly entertainment was great but most importantly the entertainment staff (particularly Tyson) worked their socks off to make sure everyone had a great time which was reflected in the number of people who were return visitors! We'll definitely be going back!

Among the positive things about the hotel, I would like to point out the following: Staff: Great staff in the hotel, in the main restaurants, a little worse with them in the restaurant by the water. Good quality room cleaning. Everywhere there was a positive communication experience. Food: Excellent standard of food and dishes every day. Cleanliness: the rooms were always clean, towels were changed, the minibar was updated Equipped: everything is new or well maintained, so there are no problems with the equipment in the hotel. From the negative side I can answer the following: First. When checking in, the hotel (in fact, in the low season, when half the hotel was empty) did not fulfill any of my requests upon check-in; instead of a quiet room on a high floor and away from the elevator, I was given a room on the ground floor, next to the elevator in a place where every morning meeting with the maids. To clarify when checking in that this is important for me, the receptionist Anastasia said that the room on the first floor is the highest floor of the hotel, only suites are higher. Why she lied to me, I still don’t understand (the hotel has 6 or 7 floors, at least 4 of which have rooms). She didn’t tell us anything about the hotel and the services in it, saying that everything will be seated for you tomorrow at the Guest Relations desk, she was generally rude and sometimes aggressive when I asked questions about Wi-Fi, etc. We had to look for other receptionists for our questions, since communication with Anastasia was the worst of my experiences out of more than 1000 hotels visited. She stood out clearly from all the other nice and helpful hotel staff. Second. The hotel is quite noisy in the evenings. Loud music on stages or disco every day until 0:00. If you are looking for a calm, quiet getaway in the evening, this hotel is not for you; you cannot escape the music and noise here in the evening.

Stayed here for one week at the end of April into the first week of May. We haven’t got a bad word to say about this hotel, or its location. The hotel itself is beautiful inside and out, and all facilities even including the toilets are so clean. You can tell that the staff love working there as they are always smiling and can’t do enough for you. The entertainment team will always try to include you, but are not pushy if you say no. The all inclusive aspect was fantastic. Premium drinks included (24 hours too in the Lobby Bar) and food was so tasty and varied every night in the buffet restaurant. We usually like the Al A Carte restaurants at places like this, but having sampled two we surprisingly preferred the buffet. We had a lovely room with a sea view and a jacuzzi bath and loved spending time in there. The room was spacious and the mini bar was always refilled every day. We usually like to go somewhere new every time we go away, but we would seriously consider coming back here as we loved it so much. 5*+!! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
