That's a lot of good. Nice building in traditional Turkish style, cozy outdoor areas around the pool, good breakfast. Excellent location close to the pedestrian street. Easy and free to park your car. At the same time, there is much that needs upgrading, primarily the bathrooms. In the first room we had, there was no wifi, we couldn't get the TV or the air conditioning to work. It was in the basement, with poor ventilation and only a wall behind the window. We were moved to a better room with more windows and a view to the pool. It was not possible to lock the door there, which we reported. They were supposed to fix it the next day, it was never done while we were staying there. And mattresses were really hard, but some may like that!

The hotel is simple, but at the same time everything you need is there. The room is quite cozy, the breakfast is delicious, a lot of vegetables, cleaning every day. The staff is friendly and responsive to requests, there are Russian speakers. The building itself is in the style of houses from the Kaleici district in Antalya, which also adds authenticity.

We vacationed with a friend in the second half of September 2023. We chose this hotel based on the consideration that in our case, an option based on location and only with breakfast would be ideal. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, we only had breakfast, we found everything we needed for breakfast for ourselves. The hotel area is small, but very green. Turtles and cats constantly live on the territory. Very cozy, homely. If I go to Kemer, I will choose this hotel. Thank you very much to everyone involved in this hotel for your hospitality!

A 2-star hotel means limited services, but the building and rooms must be clean. Having read positive reviews about the rooms and food, I went prepared - I took a kettle and an organizer for the bathroom (to hang on 1 hook). I met at the reception a man in a dirty T-shirt who did not speak Russian. The hotel is full, please wait. OK. Room 108 on the 1st floor - mold on the wall, explained by problems with the plumbing. If you don't want it, the room is on the 2nd floor, there is black mold on the ceiling above the bed. Also no? Spend the night in 108, the tenants will leave tomorrow - you will move. With nowhere to go, I spent the night with a terrible smell of mold, but with hope for the best. In the closet, the shelf is broken, nails are sticking out. In the bathroom, everything is broken (towel rack and glass stand). The next day - here is room 402, on the -1st floor (read basement) the walls there are intact. And there are whole hangers in the bathroom. I agreed. But then I discovered that the door to the bathroom was rotten (photo), broken tiles on the wall decorations, and there was no lampshade in the room. And as soon as I closed the door to the room, the smell of basement dampness began to appear. There is also a musty smell from the air conditioner. In general, I slept with the door open. When I returned from the beach, I first ventilated the room. In terms of food - standard, breakfast - scramble, cheese pie, vegetables, herbs, olives, the cheapest muffins and cereals, milk, tea and coffee (like from a garbage can). Dinner - one side dish and either chicken or minced meat, cucumbers, tomatoes, salad, some terrible pickles covered in mayonnaise (I didn’t dare try it). Apples and pears. Tea. You won't remain hungry. Speaking of animals, cats and turtles run around there, and it touches everyone. In front of me, a kitten **** in a flowerbed near the tables, and then cheerfully jumped onto a chair and put its paws on the table - they say, give me something tasty. All the flower beds and vases with flowers, as you understand, are cat litter (I saw about 7 cats on the territory), with a corresponding smell. I love animals, but it is unacceptable to eat from tables where these animals roam after they relieve themselves. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, it’s unclear where such a good rating comes from. Maybe there is no mold in other rooms? But. If there were leaks and there is already active growth of fungus, then all structures are affected by mold growth. The building is old, the basement is all rotten. The air conditioning was also not treated. In general, healthy people in this hotel run the risk of contracting aspergillosis, and I strongly do not recommend people with lung problems (asthma, bronchitis) to stay there.

Персонал замечательный! Доброжелательные, внимательные. Атмосфера - уют, тишина, релакс. Бассейн чистый, прохладный) в жару то, что нужно. Номера маленькие, ванная комната - очень маленькая. Завтрак скромный, но перекусить достаточно. По цене и качество) В целом впечатления положительные.
