Un taudis Hôtel délabré bien vieilli aucun entretien une petite serviette par chambre, saleté dans les chambres plein d'insectes dans la baignoire de la salle de bain, aucun tapis près du lit alors qu'il fait très froid, bref à éviter à tout pris. Seul point positif la gentillesse et la courtoisie de monsieur Samir que je remercie infiniment pour son excellent service.

I came here on Saturday 5 Aug for a chilled day at the pool ordered food at 12pm now it’s 14:58 still haven’t got my lunch when I asked what’s happening all I got is we had to order fresh meat to cook ur tagine , avoid at all costs terrible experience first and last time .

C'était un endroit incontournable de nos vacances avant cette année, simplement les tarifs ont énorméments augmentés 15€ par adulte et 15€ à partir de 3 ans !!! À 10€ l'entrée par adulte avant cette année je ne faisais pas de chichis malgré des toilettes 🚻 jamais propres et des tarifs exorbitants au snack. Je suis à Kenitra depuis le 3 août et la piscine est vide pour des raisons que je n'a sais pas car tous les jours j'ai une réponse différente ! Bref c'est malheureusement le genre d'expérience rédhibitoire... Par conséquent ma famille et moi avons trouvés notre bonheur ailleurs.
