Really cute Hotel conveniently located near Kennebunk port. Hotel manager was friendly and helpful. No housekeeping was inconvenient when staying multiple nights.

Wonderful staff. Really liked the cleanliness except pillows needed refreshing. Great access. Nice breakfast bar.

Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable, clean accommodations.
Breakfast was lacking, but morning drink options made up for it.
Not the hotels fault, but if you are a light sleeper, request a second floor room. The people above us were up half the night jumping around, even with the TV on it was loud.

The staff at this property is outstanding they are kind, helpful, attentive to me because of my disability. They deserve to be recognized for their excellent service and care for guests. I will definitely return to this property for my next vacation in Kennebunk area of Maine .

To start with, they didn't have our reservation. Though not full, they put us in alocation where we had to park by the trash cans and was dark, not around front where everyone else was. The room had new flooring in the room, but the floor sunk several inches in front of the bathroom. The dead bolt jammed last as I was about ready for bed and was checking the locks. They tell you when we got there that they only serve continental breakfast (which was very poor at best) because of covid . Funny, I was in the maine area all week and that was the only continental I got. Give the cheapskates an "F" on everycount.
