Lady at the front desk was super great.She steered me right how to get rt 1 and the church for a funeral Only complaint is they should have a sign visable from the main road,the place is kind of hidden by some woods and probably drove by it like three times before I spotted it.

We recently took a week-long trip to Maine, staying in several Hampton Inns. The Kennebunk HI was by far the best. Clean, comfortable, well maintained. Very friendly/helpful front desk staff. Great water pressure and lots of hot water; good variety of pillows; *loved* the blackout curtains that completely covered the windows; so quiet - it was wonderful not to hear any slamming doors or the neighbors. Spouse raved about the breakfast - good variety; two waffle makers! no waiting! was a big plus for him; breakfast room was well staffed, well supplied and constantly being cleaned. The sliding barn-style doors for the closet/bathroom weren't my favorite but it was a great use of space. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Very highly recommend.

The staff are wonderful and very helpful.
My favorite part was the kitchen staff who went above and beyond in accommodating needs at the complimentary breakfast.
Everything was clean and kept up.
My only comment is I prefer a firmer mattress.
And, I feel guilty for mentioning it given the great value and awesome staff.
We will stay here again.
