It is located right next to the metro station, so it is easy to get around. The neighborhood has shady streets with a lot of homeless people and alcoholics. Right next to the front door is a restaurant where you can get an affordable breakfast. The restaurants in the area are not of a very high standard and you should visit the store elsewhere.
The apartment itself (4th floor family studio) is spacious, the beds are even excellent except for the sofa bed, the bathroom is functional and large, and there is plenty of hot water. A functioning air conditioner also heats in winter and removes humidity. Everything is clean, but you can take the waste out yourself. Wifi works limited to approx. 2 Mbps/device.
Instructions for logging in came via WAP, so late check-in and early check-out were not a problem. Communication via messages is problem-free. We also booked an airport transfer (€90/5 passengers), which was on time and the driver was efficient and polite.
Good value for money, unless there is a need to visit the immediate surroundings.

First of all, the location is brilliant, roughly a 20 minute walk to all the major archaeological sites with two ways of getting to them, either down two main roads or if you feel a bit more adventurous, through the small lanes (this way is slightly quicker). There are lots of places open until late to grab snacks and essentials, I would also recommend grill house central just around the corner from the apartment for a good meal. Now to the apartment. When we first got to the apartment building it is all very secure. Our apartment was on the 6th floor and there is a small lift to get you there. The apartment it's self is extremely spacious with a small area at its entrance with a wardrobe and chest of draws. Then the living has more than enough space, there was only two of us but it could easily suit a small family or 3/4 friends. Everything was very clean throughout. The beds are on the larger side and very comfortable. There is a sofa to relax on and the kitchen area can cater for making quick meals. The bathroom is also a good size with the shower also being generous. The people too are very attentive and only a WhatsApp message away. All in all we had a very good stay at the apartment and will definitely be staying here again

Great unit in a good location however a lot of wasted space when a good fitout would command a much higher rent for a higher quality property.

It was fine once we were able to enter, the communication for check-in was not clear and we had to go to another address to be able to enter only at 4 pm.

Convenient to public transport and not far from the central area. Good cleaning. Personally I had a bit of a misunderstanding due to misunderstanding; but the staff then resolved it quite brilliantly. Recommended for affordability and comfort. Negative point are the surroundings with a lot of decay and micro crime; Be careful of wallets and smartphones that are never in your hands.

Very very good experience. I highly recommend these apartments. The staff is available and attentive and accommodating. The apartment is 3 metro stops from the historic center. And it is located near the metro. The apartment is functional and clean and above all very large with a good mattress. Nothing to complain about.
