Discovery of Sabbay Kep during our stay on Kep, the Bungalows are very beautiful, impeccable bathroom, I recommend the restaurant Frédéric concocted a memorable Kmher tasting for us, I recommend the establishment and keep it as a favorite, it's the 3rd trip to Kep, the 4th will be here 👍👍

Hotel very well located, a few meters from the crab market and a new beach in full development. The sea view suite is comfortable and very large. Frederic is a very friendly host and his wife is an excellent cook. Which allows you to stay there because the restaurant is undoubtedly one of the best in Kep. Unavoidable !

Good hotel. Excellent, helpful staff, nice, comfortable villa. Unfortunately, the room provided only two packets of sugar, not enough for two. Beautiful garden, nice pool. Very tasty and quite plentiful breakfasts. The staff helped us rent a scooter. I liked the hotel.

Hotel well located few meters from Crab Market and one Km average from the beach. the hotel got 10 villas full equipped - pool - good breakfast - a good place to relax in Kep. the owner give you all the information you need and organize for you the transportation - you can also bike. I recommend this place

Certainly one of the best hotels on Kep. Very well located, perfect welcome, friendly boss and wonderful Khmer staff. The food is very good and inexpensive. For the record, choice of cheeses coming directly from France! Well, certainly, definitely a stroke of luck, I imagine that it’s not every day that arrivals like that happen! Very well appointed and very clean bungalows. Rather family-friendly and relaxing hotel. Perfect value for money.

Family run business Fred and his wife, the staff are very friendly and nothing is to much trouble .We found the bed very heard to sleep on .And Fred had it changed by the time we had breakfast the next morning . The grounds are well kept . And right across from the sea .

We stayed @ this hotel for three nights,the environment is very comfortable,the place is clean,and the staff are all very nice and hospitable.The location is very nice,just cross the street is the beach.

Excellent family run hotel, with excellent staff and good food. Family were very comfortable here, the location is amazing and you are 5 minutes walk from the crab market and lots of seafood restaurants located right on the coast. We will definitely be returning!
