Attractive bungalows set on a hill overlooking the sea and behind is the national park. Only minutes away from the famous crab market and restaurants. This is a a very relaxing place to stay unfortunately they have destroyed the mangrove forest and brought in dirt to reclaim land if they continue this practise they will destroy what is best about this part of Cambodia.

At a walking distance from the crab market and the entrance of the national park this resort. Restaurant have few options but the staff were very nice to cook for us when we arrived a bit late. Good value for money in general and good wifi to work remotely in the room. Recommended by a friend

+ Room are comfortable. + Enough Parkspace. + Swimmingpool is grandiose. - Water pressure is low - light are some broken and is dark

Very beautiful place, cool pool, but very old plumbing, and not a clean room with a lizard. The staff is friendly, but the houses need renovation

Walked in off the street after staying at a poor hotel for one night. Very pleasant French couple run the place and the bungalows are clean with basic amenities. Bacon, eggs, toast and coffee provided for breakfast for $US3. Great value! One complaint is the water system in the shower could be improved. WiFi is great. Highly recommended if you want a big, clean swimming pool and peace and quiet. You’d probably get the bungalow cheaper if you booked online.

Basic bungalows (fridge, aircon, tv) and good swimming pool. Nothing special about food, overpriced local dish. 10min walk to grab market and national park mountain path. 10min to Kep town and beach with tuk-tuk.

The staff were nice, nice area of ​​the hotel. Wi-Fi constantly lags so that was a big minus.
