The location is good: close to the beach but not on the beach. The staff is not cool and extra-charged my friends (2 adults and one kid) for an extra-bed while they and had ordered a room for 3 people...that came with one bed only (exactly the same room as mine, just more expensive). On the ground floor, rooms have a small terrace directly next to the pool. But nobody cleans it. The swimming poo itselfl is really nice. The breakfast is really not good. I do not recommend it.

Good location close to Kep city but the price was a bit high compared to the experience we got from our stay.

I think the service was excellent. the Staff were very friendly. The pool is massive and so beautiful. My friend and I stayed in the mountain view room, but there is a resort behind this resort, so there was music in afternoon so couldn't nap and also a rooster too which woke us up every morning. Kep beach is a 20min walk, so it's suggested to get a tuk tuk for 2 dollars. The onsite restaurant and Bar was perfect too. Our room bathroom isn't 100% concealed as there was a blind, also our bathroom door squeeked noises so when my friend and i used the bathroom it was noisy.

Pros The room is clean and has no odor. The air conditioner is very cold. The service is very good. The sea view is OK. The mountain view is nothing but trees. The swimming pool feels very good. Cons If you take a shower late at night, the hot water is not very hot. It is recommended to eat breakfast early. We had breakfast at 8:30 or 9:00. The restaurant is very hot. Hope it can be improved.
