The manager of the hotel was really friendly and chatted with me when I arrived. The other staff members I spoke to in the bar were nice and attentive. The location of the hotel is perfect for the beach and the restaurants nearby. The rooms have large glass doors so you can see the sea from your room easily. The hotel bar has a lot of drinks and a full menu of food and snacks. The room was clean and big - there is a kettle to make tea and coffee. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Kep. It was a great short stay in Kep Beach!

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome by the friendly staff. Our rooms were located on the 2nd level overlooking the sea with beautiful sea breeze in the evening and 180 degree view across the bay. The included breakfast provided ample choice with good size helpings. Recommend Tuk Tuk driver Sol was very polite and helpful and also arranged our trip to Rabbit Island. If climbing stairs are a problem suggest requesting a room on level 1

I recommend this place for people that love the sea. It’s right in front of it, and the bedrooms’ doors are windows so you can have a view of the ocean even in your room. We are happy we spent one night there. Perfect location! Nice staff and we could check in early.

L'hôtel est super bien situé en face de la plage. Dommage tous les arbres bordant la plage ont été coupés pendant notre séjour. La chambre est spacieuse et très propre. La salle de bain est grande. La robinetterie date un peu. Il faudrait penser à rénover les peintures des meubles. Très plaisant de profiter de la piscine avec sa petite cascade noyée dans la verdure. Parfois il est difficile de profiter de l'extérieur de la chambre car il n'y a qu'une table et 2 chaises pour 2 chambres !
