Excellent bungalow hotel. We had a separate, spacious house with a terrace. The room and shower room are large and comfortable, the mattress on the bed is comfortable. A whole bunch of pillows. Gorgeous pool overlooking Kep National Park. There are a lot of green spaces on the territory. Fruit trees that constantly drop mangoes. The owner of the hotel, a sociable person, answered all questions and organized a transfer to Ha Tien. We checked in immediately upon arrival at 11 a.m. without additional waiting and payment. We planned for one night, but liked the hotel so much that we stayed for more. The food and drinks at the hotel are delicious. There is a large villa for rent on the territory. The market prepares live seafood 10 minutes away. 1 kg of large shrimp 7 bucks, be sure to try the crabs.

Beautiful individual bungalows with their own bathroom. Everything worked, including the hot water from the instantaneous water heater. Monkeys can often be seen on the grounds, especially in the morning. They climb around in the trees and collect fruit from the trees.
The pool was beautiful, clean and there were comfortable loungers.
The lady at reception was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. We really enjoyed it there.
Crab Market is a 5-minute walk away.

large wooded property with pleasant, well-equipped and self-contained rooms on site. The owner on site is very welcoming with good breakfasts, nice place for retirement and relaxation - just to improve the wifi which is weak/non-existent in the scattered bungalows

We stayed in a Khmer type bungalow, it was more of a camping type. No furniture to even put our bags on, a bed, a shelf, a fan and a mosquito net that's all you'll get for $20 in cash 😏. No sanitary facilities in the bungalow and what's more, the common sanitary facilities were dirty, we had to clean them to be able to use them. If you rent a scooter it's $7 instead of $5 elsewhere. The place is not maintained, burnt out bulbs in the paths not replaced, a shame because the park and the swimming pool are all the charm of this place. For this same price you will obtain, next door, a top comfort bungalow with beautiful bathroom, air conditioning, hammock on the bungalow terrace and magnificent swimming pool with sea view and $5 per scooter.

Stayed here with travel companion in early may 2022. Was a hidden gem with a top pool excellent bungalows and helpfull/engaging staff. The grounds were well kept with loads of animals roaming around. Will be staying again.
