I’ve been this hotel 4 times but won’t stay ever again soon as I was about to check in there was no confirmation even though I had a voucher waited over a hr to find my details then I upgraded to all inclusive at extra cost 2 days in to my embarrassment I service staff came running out to the pool saying I wasn’t all inclusive and marched me to reception to her horror they staff told her there was a mistake again really disappointing stay

The location of the hotel is great. Cleanliness and service are normal. However, it is a very old hotel. It can satisfy your expectations.

Everything about our stay was excellent. We returned to akra for our anniversary celebrations, akra being aware of this looked after us and our occasion everday.from decorating our room to gifts of drinks ,cakes,and a keepsake gift was left in our room on different days,the hospitality was 10/10 both times,starting from the location to staff and all the facilities the hotel has to offer was absolutely amazing.the firness area as well as the spa sauna ans swim was a real treat at the end of our day.the hotel maintans its high promised standards.we loved it again if im third time lucky to visit antalya, akra would defo be my place to stay,the location is perfect,within reach of everything a tourist would need..booked up and stay.im sure you will have the same to say.

Great hotel with great facilities, lovely views and decent breakfast. Rooms are very weird decor but clean and had everything you'll need. Usual extremely high priced mini bar as well, including chilled condoms. We opted for a sea view which is well worth it as the view was great. The revolving part is pretty small so while more expensive, you'll only get a view half the time as it'll turn to face the hotel, in my opinion not worth it. Breakfast selection was good (if you like sweet pastry like me, watch out for them mislabeling the apple pastry as cheese pastry, not pleasant), lots of fruit and hot and cold options. Coffee wasn't great but plenty of it anyway. Pool area was great, plenty of beds and didn't get overly busy. You can order food and drink (overpriced but I'll come back to that). There's also a cliff bathing area with a small bar. We didn't use it during the day but went down for sunset as it was a beautiful view and had a small seating area. Weirdly quiet at sunset but fine by us. Lots of beds down there but rocky and choppy sea, so didn't appeal to for swimming. You'd not be able to take small children in there either. There's a few restaurants around the hotel, the one opposite, zahtar, I'd recommend, great prices, great food and great service. There's also a small supermarket and a slightly bigger one just down the road. There are lockers and showers on the spa floor that you are free to use and very handy if you have a late departure as you can check out but use these facilities. Our only frustrations were as below but these wouldn't be major issues just thought I'd mention in case they affect anyone else. We arrived very early, 5 am, but didn't want to pay for early check in with us not wanting to actually sleep in the room then, they said the room would be ready at 11am, which would have been great, we asked to pay for breakfast which was 440TRY £22 which was a lot but it was fine as it was worth it for the convenience on the first day. We could relax in the dining area as it was vast with sofas and facilities, then relax by the pool. Someone came to inform us that the to would be ready for 9, we went up at 9, wasn't ready. It'll be ready in 30 minutes, 30 minutes later wasn't ready. Again told 30 minutes. We have it 45, went back and it was eventually ready. Pretty much at 11 like they'd said previously. The other frustration we had was by the pool. We'd bought crisps to have as a snack by the pool as they only offer bigger meals like sandwiches and wraps that we saw, no snacks. The first couple of days we were able up snack pretty openly by the pool. On the third day we'd bought a big bottle of coke to have and this was clearly a step to far as they told us we couldn't consume outside food by the pool. It's a bit of an archaic rule these days especially when they are charging a ridiculous markup for coke when there's a shop over the road. Booked this hotel last minute as first hotel booked was absolutely atrocious. Checked in 20 mins into booking the hotel. Beautiful and spacious rooms. Friendly staff, they have a valet parking service where you just leave your keys at reception and they sort out the rest. Highly recommend. Though the breakfast could be better. For instance a toaster, more variety of drinks such as juice. But other than that would definitely visit again.

Greetings, During my stay at the hotel, I felt the need to write about the positives and negatives. (+) The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre. It is said that hospitality will be guaranteed with regard to satisfaction. There have been some difficult situations lately, The gentleman by the name of Mehmet Altin provided us with the necessary instructions. Thanks to Miss Elif from the guest relations all the problems have been resolved and we have received gifts. I'm a neat guy so i love the cleanliness of the room. That was absolutely clean. They produce delicious and rich food. Bartender Dogan Demirhan is very knowledgeable and an excellent staff! The entertainment team amuses us and we have a great time. There's a tunnel to the sea When we have needs, people come to help us and give us their support. Turkish people are great! (-) Lobby bar personnel need to be trained to talk to the guest! Hotel doesn't have a lot of snacks. there are not enough deckchairs. There are only 1 slides as a Aqua park See you in the new year. Thanks to everyone for their hard work and guarantee!

The hotel was comfortable, central and clean. We were attended to very quickly and well upon arrival at the hotel, despite our late check-in. The hotel is well insulated from noise. The day we arrived it was the final of the champions league and from the room you couldn't hear the street parties. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The most remarkable thing is the comfort of the bed! The bathroom is spacious and with all the amenities replaced every day. highly recommended

Stay away from this hotel! For those who want to enjoy their holidays, I strongly recommend to stay away of this so-called “hotel”. Here is a brief summary of our experience: • Nice Rooms but with noisy air conditioning and extremely loud refrigerator. • No sound isolation in the walls or Windows. You hear normal conversations and barking dogs like they are next to you. • Worst of all the Hotel is just next to a dog shelter with 20 or more dogs. This was written nowhere and the dogs start barking and wake you up as early as 6:00 in the morning. Regardless of being an animal lover, sleep is almost impossible to come by here. • The owner is extremely aggressive and hot-headed, not hesitating to make threats and even resorting to physical intimidation. • Kind Service staff but unreliable. • The breakfast was a bit mediocre, no buffet or choice. Longer Version: When we spent our first night at the hotel and were awakened at 06:00 in the morning by barking dogs, we decided to inform the Receptionist about it and kindly asked for an early checkout. We initially tried to find a solution with the receptionist, who showed understanding and attempted to negotiate so that we would only pay for 2 out of the 11 nights. She assured us that it is no problem and was very helpful. However, after much back and forth and one really low ball offer (200 of 850 Euros) they offered to refund 470 850. That was not ok since we only stayed for 2 nights. So, we tried to explain that they have the responsibility if they don’t disclose their proximity to a dog pound but that we would be open to meet in the middle price wise. They said no. We told them that this was not making a good image for a review and we finally had to agree to the deal and got only 200 Euros and the rest in Turkish Lira because they didn’t have more Euros. Disappointed with this compromise, we returned to our hotel room around 22:00 to prepare for our next journey at 03:00 in the morning. Which the reception knew about. Since we couldn't find another hotel that same evening, we stayed for one more night, which ultimately turned out to be a grave mistake. At 11:30, there was a knocking on our hotel room door. They wanted us to pay 20 Euros for the Shuttle service from earlier. My husband told them we would pay it at 03:00 when we do the check out. The guy agreed and said good night. At 11h45 someone knocked at the door again but my husband was under the shower and shouted “I come down tomorrow, ok?”. The guy stopped knocking. Then the situation got crazy. A bit midnight(!), when we were finally in bed, they started pounding on our door extremely loudly and violently. After some hesitation, my husband opened the door, and the owner was standing there with the receptionist and another guy. He verbally attacked him and physically intimidated him. One of the best hotels for the money. Clean, excellent breakfast, friendly staff and convenient location. Recommend highly. Wish had more time to stay there.

Nice hotel , good stay , food was excellent and the staff were friendly. Situated across the road from the main and a great restaurant boulevard. Bike rental across the road also. Entertainment in hotel is ok and the prices were good for drinks. Pool area is really nice with plenty on sunbeds available. I return again for more dental treatment in April and I will be looking for a good price for this hotel
