We stayed in one of the beautiful self contained lodges at Treghan on our visit to Bay of Islands and simply could not have wanted for more. The lodge was so comfortable and well furnished it was a real home from home. The location is great - in KeriKeri and a short drive to Paihia, with restaurants, vineyards and shops abound. The fruit basket and breakfast provisions were extensive and tasty. And the hosts are super helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

What a stunning place! Hosts were very helpful und made us feel very welcome. It is absolutely spotless clean, well equipped and a quiet place to relax and recharge. The gardens are fabulous. Perfect place to start day trips to must see spots. This was the best stay on our NZ trip and we‘ll love to come back in 2025. Best Regards, Dora

We enjoyed four nights at Treghan in August 2023, and wished we could have stayed longer. We had booked the Owners Cottage, but were delighted to be upgraded to a more spacious apar**ent. It was a joy to spend time in due to its level of comfort due to high quality furniture and fittings, and excellent bedding. Anna and Murray are wonderful hosts. They provide a very generous hamper of goodies for your stay in a luxurious, private and peaceful setting. On site also is The Little Black Gallery, which is full of artworks and jewellery to tempt. I couldn't resist a gift for myself. Luxury indeed!

If you are looking for a quiet and restful stay, Treghan Lodge is a perfect spot. Set in private grounds with everything you need to sit back and relax. It was lovely to have supplies provided for breakfast along with local teas and cofee. We will definitely be back again!

Off the main road into Kerikeri down a drive is the most beautiful and comfortable cottages set in exquisitely created gardens. This is a contemporary luxury retreat created with great attention to detail that was wonderful to stay at. Arts cottage was an enjoyable bonus. Hosts could not do enough for us. A+++

We LOVED our stay at Treghan Luxury Lodge. The property is beautifully landscaped and has a feeling of privacy and tranquility, while within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Birsong Retreat lived up to its name, was spotlessly clean and maintained to look like new. It had absolutely everything you could need, there's nothing Anna and Murray haven't thought of, from bedside books to roasting dishes! The breakfast provided was delicious too. Kerikeri is a great place to base yourself for touring Northland and Anna and Murray's hospitality second to none. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay with Anna and Murray! Treaghan Luxury Lodge in Keri Keri was a real highlight of our NZ adventure! We were upgraded to the largest luxury lodge with a view when the couples lodge was already booked! The provisions for breakfast and wine and goodies were beyond our expectations! The bed linen was superb along with all the bespoke toiletries! Lots of information about Keri Keri and surrounds…where to eat, shop and experiences! Communication was clear and timely! Anna and Murray’s hospitality was beyond our expectations! Thank you for a peaceful and luxurious stay.

This place is great. The accommodations are fresh, well maintained, customer friendly and attention to detail is fabulous. The owners could not be more helpful and considerate. The owners even arranged all the travel associated with a flight delay in which finally arrived at 1.00 am in the morning. Yes I would recommend this Lodge to everyone. Well worth the journey. Thanks.

We loved Treghan Luxury Lodge; it certainly lived up to the name! We looked forward to going back there after we'd had a day out. In fact, I think we often went back early, just so we could spend more time there! Would highly recommend it to anyone.
