I am just back from a week at Hellinis along with my teenage daughter we both absolutely had a ball .. The Staff where lovely and so helpful.. room was clean and comfortable and the food was amazing I really wanted to take the chef home to Scotland .. We where all inclusive and I can not fault our stay .. On our last night there was an out of order Brit who was dealt with very professionally.. all in all I would ignore bad reviews and go for it unless you expect chicken nuggets and pizza .. food is beautifully presented and Greek as it should be 💕💕

We booked this hotel for the location and cheapness… we’ve now realised that sometimes cheaper is not always better. Hotel room is like a show box. Bathroom tiny, dated, shower curtain, couldn’t move on the shower. Staff were not always friendly. However Pool area, very clean Food- not great.

Just returned home from this hotel, I didn’t read the reviews before we booked but a friend who was travelling with me found some so I was expecting the hotel to be a lot worse, * close to Corfu sites * regular bus service into town * rooms a little outdated (could do with refurbishing) *sadly food was a let down (cooked but served cold) probably just needed the hot plate turning on *beds are very firm and a little uncomfortable • pool was clean and maintained well • rooms cleaned every day • fresh towels daily • showers are very small (as is bathroom) • staff are friendly and helpful Over all we had a fab stay but probably wouldn’t return to this hotel again, as they say it’s the company you’re with that makes a holiday not the hotel.

Well what can I say about it the room was basically a cupboard and not very clean and the whole hotel is very tired the only thing positive is that the food was reasonable and the chef was a nice guy the two female receptionists were nice and friendly but the male didn’t even say hello and from day one there was trouble every night and nothing seemed to be done about it,if you want a nice relaxing holiday this is not the place for you we made the most of a bad joke and got on with it but definitely would not recommend to anyone as we definitely will not be going back

absolutely terrible, never again. dirty, noisy, ignorant staff. full of kid’s football teams. no pool open due to hundreds of kids staying. horrible place. advice. so called lobby full of roaring teenage boys till 2/3 in the morning. hellhole more like

I am surprised none of the reviews mention that the hotel also operates as a budget hostel for local students. The place is littered with youths and noise is loud at night. While they have wifi, they switch it off regularly and plead ignorance. One receptionist is particularly rude and hostile. Its neither clean nor friendly and really about the standard of a glorified hostel. Other hotels in town centre are far far better.

I have been a hotel employee for several years now with a lot of experience in hotels from the rooms to the service!!!!! I visited this hotel a while ago and I confess to say that from the arrival until and during my stay there it was the worst I have ever seen!!!!! The money for value does not represent them at all, it bothers you to pay even 10€ a day for there very old building without any renovation from the furniture from the elevator that you walked in and smelled and shook during the duration that someone screwed it up to the rooms equally miserable and dirty and neglected the breakfast not enough dirty tables and cutlery you just hated to eat anything from there !!!!!I don't recommend it ANYWHERE TO ANYONE !!!!

pretty good hotel for its 3 stars. The breakfast is super filling and rich, only the fruits are missing. Clean, renovated, the not good reviews, maybe due to its older condition. But now it is clean and renovated. The furniture is old, but that's not a problem. Staff polite and willing. As for the noise, if you close the windows, you don't hear anything. The airport is very close and noise can be heard anyway, but this applies to the whole area (which is full of hotels and houses). Airplanes can also be heard in the city of Corfu. I was very pleased and I recommend it unreservedly, because it has good transport links with the city and is located above Pontikonissi.

Absolute disgrace. Room was dirty, bedding dirty, room door didn’t lock, patio doors didn’t lock, cleaners forgot to clean rooms, beds broken, reception served as staff smoking room. Staff unfriendly and unhelpful. No rep at hotel and couldn’t contact one. Pool didn’t get cleaned. Restaurant smelt awful,. Very noisy. Definitely think twice before booking this hotel. Half board holiday, absolute joke.
