"We stayed here about ten years ago and were impressed, so when looking for a last minute mini break decided to visit again. The first thing I will say is that every single member of staff are 100% fully committed to ensuring you have the very best time and if like us you enjoy the finer things then you will absolutely get the five star platinum experience. Another fantastic trip in one of Greeces best hotels (and we’ve stayed at a few). I had an eye infection on the first day, the TUI reps were useless but the receptionist sourced a doctor to our room within an hour and then booked a taxi to take me to a pharmacy and wait while I picked up a prescription. I really can’t say enough good things about this hotel and our experience. Everyone has that special place when you can go and instinctively know you will have a fantastic time and this is ours. Food, accommodation and service are always premium and the al a carte restaurants make it all the more special. Thanks for another fantastic stay, and hope to see you soon."

"The room is a villa room, and there are electric cars for travel. The room size is OK. Part of the building is renovated, so the room will be bigger and the facilities will be newer. The toiletries are OK, and overall it is OK."

"On the fotos there are pictures of a quit new furnished nice room with a glass wall shower in the bath. That was the reason why we have choosen this hotel. But from this room there are only 3. Which is allready occupied. What you get instead is back in time 30 years , everything is old and does not work properly."

"The description said it opened in 2024, but didn't mention that the "annex" was an old, dilapidated building from over a decade ago! The toilet leaked constantly, the wooden planks next door were incredibly noisy, and the mosquitoes were endless—two mosquito repellents were practically useless. I was repeatedly woken up by mosquitoes throughout the night. The entire room had old furnishings and a strong cat smell!"
