Friendly staff. The hotel is a little old, furniture, bathroom, but it's comfortable! The bed and pillow are comfortable, the shower is good.
Breakfast has little variety, but has the essentials.
The location is excellent: next to the port and there is a supermarket nearby.

Good location for ferries and a shirt walk to the old town. Pretty dated, aircon was not great. In desperate need of a renovation and updating

I have been returning to this hotel for years and I don't recognise the negative reviews. This is an excellent family run hotel with obliging and friendly staff and high standards. Any room we have stayed in was ultra clean and well maintained daily. Hotel bar and restaurant provided decent menu and quality food. The majority of rooms overlook the harbour and beyond to Pantokrator Mountain over the bay. There is a street cafe attached to the front of the hotel. We expect value for money and we have always had a genuinely pleasant stay at this hotel.

This is an excellent traveler's hotel. Very convenient location at a reasonable price. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and are available at the desk 24 hours per day.
