It was good accommodation but there were some points to improve as it is classified as a 5 star hotel (in my opinion it is not). The safe wasn't working, we asked for help but it still didn't work. Breakfast starts at 7am, so for those who have an early trip or flight, it gets complicated. Furthermore, we need to have coffee at 7am sharp for a walk and the cafe was not open at exactly 7am as announced, there was a delay. The bed is average but ok for a few days' stay. Good food and hearty breakfast. Very friendly staff. It is important to reserve a chair early as it is difficult to find availability at the pool and beach. Everything is marked all day long.

A hotel that went unnoticed. I had the expectations. The location was good but the distances were very great. To get to the beach you had to travel a very difficult, complicated and tiring path. The hotel was very large with many rooms and the employees could not cope. Very bad attention and service since several times we needed something and they never solved anything for us. The room was very old and the TV was not smart, something that for a 5-star hotel as they say it should not be. The room was very old but the cleaning was very good. The room's sea views were excellent. To get to the room it seemed like a maze and the elevators were not easy to understand and were small and old. The all inclusive destination and dinner service was normal. I expected a little more. To reserve at a hotel restaurant they charged you extra and you also had to pay for what you consumed. The price-quality ratio did not seem correct to me. I would not recommend it nor would I return.

Very big hotel. Stayed in 2 different rooms and the smell was quite funny. Like they use only water to wash the towels and bed sheets. I guess the humidity doesn’t help either. Bathroom in the first room ( wich was in the old building i guess) was not cleaned. 3 stars hotel . Not 5 .just the view is 5 star :)

The rooms are really run down and not at all what I’d expect for the price. No soul at all - very bland. Bit like a travelodge, at best. Food is very varied but the buffet dinner style feels a bit disjointed. Main restaurant area again the style is just very unappealing, bland - again no soul. Evening entertainment was just not very good, and cocktails always watered down. One thing I can say is that the sunsets are gorgeous and the Sun loungers are great, though you have to go and grab one before they all get taken. Overall I was just not impressed for the price we paid. We wanted this to feel like a luxurious break but I felt like i was just in a bland hotel that was a bit shoddy. I would have complained but my boyfriend didn’t want me to!

We had an excellent time and loved our stay, our room, the staff, the view and the food. Considering you are catering for so many people we felt the food was especially good and our compliments to the chefs and kitchen management. The pools were pleasant and the bars nearby were excellent. Overall we have great holiday and would return. There are a few minor points that hopefully management will find useful 1. The staff serving in the main restaurant were all wonderful and very helpful and courteous but it might help us if you could somehow differentiate between those cleaning tables and those serving drinks to avoid us hassling the former for drink. 2. La Perla restaurant was a little disappointing. The menu choice was a little restricted and the ambiance was poor (perhaps as it was late in the season). We were also very annoyed that staff started laying out breakfast settings around us well before we finished our meal. 3. Self checkin on arrival was not what we wanted after a long journey. You want someone to welcome you and help you check in and to get to your room asap Self check in, even with a complimentary drink was slightly stressful? 4. We booked a day trip to Albania via your reception. The trip was excellent but your staff didn’t know what was involved with the trip. Maybe better to book via the agent in Agios You could do more to tell us about day trips and car hire. Perhaps some small literature in the room?

We thought this hotel was really good everything we wanted for an autumn break. Staff are excellent. I don't understand the comments about bad food, for mass catering we thought the food was excellent, loads of it and never run out, I don't know what people expect, drinks flowed in the evenings, great service at the bars. The staff are a credit to this hotel, they work so hard.

Me and my partner really enjoyed the holiday in this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpfull, room was really good (just a bed a bit hard), beautifull views, relaxing atmosphere. For me the biggest no in this hotel was the food. Really terrible.

The worst hotel i ever been! They are saying is a 5* luxury resort, not even a 2* . Food terrible, rooms are dirty! It was no water to take shower. Stuff was so rude! Not helpful at all. They do whatever they want. If you ask for something they would say go and get it for yourself! I could say so much more, but nothing positive! Do not go there!!!

Staying here at the moment, just love it, lovely views, nice room, clean, food great and plenty of it, staff are amazing, for the price we paid would highly recommend. Looking forward to spending the day on their private beach with beach bar.
