Overall I would say this is an average all inclusive hotel and wouldn’t really say it’s a 4 star. They don’t really advertise the fact that the all inclusive stops at 11pm so after this you have to pay for anything you want. I also don’t think the hotel is very accessible for pushchairs and wheelchairs. We have an 18 month old so we had a pushchair and there are ramps yes but you have to go an extra long way round to wherever you want to go. The cleanliness of the hotel was good, my only complaint was there were quite a few ants in our room, I would say I killed at least 50 ants a day, but other than that very clean. The food options were pretty decent but only if your aren’t a fussy eater. I did like the fact that you can book in to the pizzeria and olives (Greek restaurant) and get a free 3 course meal which were very nice, however they get booked up very quickly so I would book at the beginning of your holiday. There was one day we’re I had missed breakfast by 3 minutes and I asked in the restaurant if I could just grab a banana and I was told no so I don’t think that was great as i wasn’t asking for any hot foot it was literally a piece of fruit that I could see at the other side of the room and they still said no. We had booked a double room but we were given a family room with bunk beds which was nice as the room was bigger and then we had a cot for the little one too. I will say though there were quite a few groups of lads in the family block we were in which wasn’t great as they were extremely loud early hours in the morning when we had a sleeping baby so I do think they should have been put somewhere that isn’t right next to all the families. Mini market is average for options as it’s fairly small. The do crepes between 23:00 - 01:00 which were pretty nice but as soon as these finish that it for food until breakfast starts at 7 so make sure you’re stocked up with snacks in your room if you get peckish after 1am lol. The entertainment was really good every night. They always had 2 lots of entertainment 1 inside and 1 outside which I thought was really good as we didn’t really have great weather. Bingo with cash prizes and karaoke nights were really fun. We also asked for the football to be shown on 3 separate days aswell which they did put on the tv in the inside bar. Overall it’s a nice clean hotel and very good for the price, I would recommend for a cheap getaway just don’t expect anything amazing.

I've never written a bad review before but I feel as though it is necessary as I am deeply upset about our lack of a holiday. To start though the restaurant staff were lovely and super helpful, you could tell they were really working hard and do deserve a lot of praise. However the rest unfortunately were not the best. The reception staff didn't seem to be able to help with anything. They offer a 2 complimentary meals at their two restaurants. We attempted on the first day to speak with the bookings lady but she just gave us menus for both and said she couldn't help us at that moment. So we went away to look at them and attempted for 3 days to book at the pizza restaurant as the Mediterranean one was not open (which was not stated on the website) but the reception staff for the first 2 days just said they couldn't help and to go over to the lady who of which we couldn't never seem to find. We then tried to book in for our last night and it was already full booked. This was highly disappointing as the food was not amazing and when I booked, the Mediterranean restaurant especially overlooking the ocean, was one of the main selling points! As it was also raining the first 2 days and the pool was freezing, we thought we could try and get public transport and explore the island as this was listed as a great way to get around in their guest directory... However, when we asked where to catch a bus we were informed that they don't start until May and the shuttle bus they provided into town was an extra charge. There was also nothing around and the mini golf next door was shut. The entertainment was also lacking. There was no excursions available either except horse riding which we booked and it was the only part of the holiday we were looking forward to but it was cancelled on the morning of. As such we spent our entire 5 day holiday in the room or walking around the beach area. However, at the start of our holiday the room was lovely and we had a few ants but I know they do get in in hot weather. However by day 3 they were everywhere. The housekeeper did give the room a clean but they just kept coming back despite us having no food in the room. Both my partner and I have left with bites all over our legs. I am truly sad that we had such a bad experience after hearing such lovely things about Corfu. It really wasn't worth the money we spent

Great stay overall. Everyone has been soo friendly throughout. Reception is fantastic with providing information on surrounding events/areas to visit. We had a medical issue during our stay and they were soo helpful providing first aid equipment. The day after this happened they effortlessly arranged transport to and from a local clinic they are partnered with. This really helped us out as we had not budgeted for the extra expense of this issue. On our last night we experienced a noise complaint and with a quick call to reception they alerted security. The issue was dealt with effectively and fairness to the couple. The food was just great. Has to be the best all inclusive/buffet I have ever tried abroad. Plenty of opportunity to fill up for your day ahead. A must try is the pizzeria. We had to book ahead but they are very accommodating dependant on your departure date. They also offer a shuttle to the old town which I would definitely recommend to anyone. Most days are €5 but we went when there was an Olympic torch event and had to pay €15. Near the back of the resort you have foot access to a local small beach which I think is great. Overall a fantastic holiday and a must for anyone.

"It was a wonderful family holiday. The staff at MB are amazing! Maria at the pool bar made our holiday truly magical. Her customer service is one of the best. Maria is efficient and fast, always keeping a warm smile on her face. Dora, Sharon, and Constantine were also amazing. We had a lovely dinner at the Pizza Place and Olive near the pool. The staff are the asset of this place; they made us feel so comfortable and welcome. However, some of the things mentioned on the website and ******* were not correct, such as Olive restaurant in the pagola was not open, and we were not told that at the time of reservation. Additionally, there was no sauna, which was very disappointing. Finally, it seems that if you want anything, only Maria, the customer relations officer, can make it happen. Booking for restaurants, special requests, and requirements."

Horrible hotel unfortunately! Booked for our honeymoon and regret that! I was emailing with them for weeks before hand requesting champagne or flowers etc for the room which they said they would send options, never heard back after this and nothing was available when we got here. Staff are rude, room was infested with ants, dingy room and dirty bathroom (nothing like the pictures). Air con stopped working, went to reception to report it (room was boiling) she asked for room number then walked away. Went back to reception after a couple of hours and she asked what room number then wrote it down and said the maintenance guy would be there shortly so she didn’t even pay attention the first time. They offer one free meal at the “Italian restaurant” but every time we tried to book they said it was full, even when you walk by and there’s more empty tables than not. Phone didn’t work either so every problem we had to walk To reception. Lots of loud drunk people. Wouldn’t come here again. On the plus side, the spa was amazing and the little shop next door had loads of choice

4*+ all inclusive? NEVER! Be prepared to walk - lots of stairs. No porters, no lifts. first room had 6 flights of stairs. Directly outside patio was a MASSIVE pylon. 2nd room was lovely, only 4 steps to get to. 1 small bottle of water on arrival- per person. If you’re lucky. Buy your water at local market on arrival. At top bars/restaurants they offer water through mixer tap which is vile. Coffe/tea in room on arrival but replenish yourself. Only hand soap in bathroom, no other toiletries, despite whats advertised. No maid service on Sunday but there are maids doing empty rooms! Asked management, they stated maids have Sundays off. Oh, really? They didn’t change dirty sheets for the duration (10 days). Bathroom basin had coffee stains day one, still there on leaving. Twice maid let herself in without knocking, despite ‘Do not Disturb’ sign on door. Second time I’d just got out of shower! A kid threw up behind us when eating. Cleaner arrived and mopped the puke, then shook lumps out of mop onto gravel beside restaurant, in full view of diners, then mopped area again. Kids parents didn’t want to leave restaurant despite being asked to. Kid threw up again and same attempt at cleaning. Whatever infection/bug he had stayed on floor. No disinfectant used. Food is mediocre at best. Little variation, lukewarm if that. Many staff are sullen and season hadn’t fully started yet. Occasionally a happy, amenable one. Best staff were gatekeepers. Towards end restaurant hosts seemed little friendlier. Booked Olives restaurant on arrival, yet teception failed to mention area was closed. we waited in designated area until a guest told us what the score was. BUGS: Ants EVERYWHERE- buy ant spray as soon as you get there and douse your room/bathroom/patio. That works but management/maids don’t do anything to stop ants. You’ll have to do this every time after maids have mopped the floor. Mozzies EVERYWHERE - even during the day. Take repellents as they don’t do anything to sort problem, other than let lots of birds nest in the ceiling beams of covered sitting area to eat them, but, watch out for the bird poo in your drink. Wasps - had read reviews saying this was a problem, but in late April we didn’t see any. Plus side: beautiful beach, hardly anyone on it. Same with beach past the Lagoon. Never again. Beautiful island but much better places to stay.
