Rigos Apartments

We've just had a Fantastic 14 day break in Vitaledes ,staying at Vasillas and Georgia's Rigos Apar**ents...Absolutely Brilliant....Ground floor studio..it's honestly the most relaxed holiday in Greece ever....Studio was the usual " Greek Basic" and just the way we like it and having the internet 24/7 called it for us...We promised we'd be going back and Woo Hoo we're booked in next time for 18 days....and 15 minutes down the road and your at Gardenos Beach ...Absolute Magic !!!! To come here have been a God's gift. Everything was wonderfull and Basilis,the owner, is very helpfull with everyone and solve each problem. I strongly recommend this peacefull and relaxing place located in a village at Southern Kerkira.

We have just returned from a wonderful 2 weeks stay at Rigos Apar**ents. Vasilis, the owner, and his family couldn’t have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful. The apar**ents are simple, clean and have basic cooking facilities. Aircon is available at a small additional cost. I’d recommend having a car in order to explore the local villages and beaches although, having visited many other beaches around the island, Gardenos was probably our favourite and only a 15 min walk away. The beach can be very busy next to the Tavernas but stroll along the water’s edge a short distance and its almost deserted. There several Tavernas and a mini market next to the beach. Alexandros Taverna is one of the nearest to the apar**ents and is well worth a visit. Alexandros catches fresh fish daily for the menu and his daughter makes lovely, authentically Greek food. They were great hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming and the food was delicious. We also had really nice meze dishes at Taverna Baratos. I'd highly recommned Rigos Apar**ents for a relaxing break away from the hubbub with fantastic hosts.

Me and my partner stayed here for a week in July, it was an excellent place to stay and the couple who owned the apar**ents could not have been nicer. When we arrived they helped us with our room and bags and everything we needed was there. Air conditioning was offered which was excellent and the gardens are just beautiful! The room was very nice and cleaned everyday. The location is great, it is about a 15 min walk to the beach where there are tavernas, beach bars and a grill restaurant on the hill where the food is amazing. If you walk left from the apar**ents about 7 min walk there is also a small village with a lovely pizza restaurant, Mini markets and grill restaurants too. There is also a church in the mountain you can walk too which was a nice walk too. If you like to walk long distances, Lefkimmi is within walking distance of around an hour which has a wonderful canal and food too. I could not recommend this place enough, quiet, joyful and very relaxing in the middle of a farmed area but not far from everything you need!
