We did not like this property at all. First, our room was in the basement without window and without elevator access. The room itself was nice, but that did not matter since the location/ basement was not enjoyable.
There was anyone on site to talk about the issue and nobody to resolve this problem. Furthermore, in order to access the property one needs to have a code. Unfortunately that did not work so we ended up waiting in the middle of the night in front of the house with other guests until someone showed up and fixed the problem.
The location of the property is nice, but our overall experience was not pleasant. For the same price you can stay in the nice hotel nearby and have a breakfast which this place did not offer at all.

This hotel-apar**ent is so nice we booked for an extra 2 nights. The apar**ent is stylish, comfortable, spacious and has everything we need. It’s also well located in Corfu Old Town, a short walk to all the tourist sights and surrounded by restaurants. Although we took a taxi, we realised that we could have walked from the ferry dock.

I liked this place so much I extended my stay. Communication was great from staff. Place was very clean and location was great. Has great Wifi which was so important to me as I had to work in the evening.

Lovely rooms everything you need and clean and very comfy . Staff were lovely and helped with luggage storage and transfer to airport . Bit of noise from street in room 102 . Did not keep us awake. Lovely free bottle of wine very welcome. Near to shops and restaurants.

On the site, the hotel is great, in fact, part of the room overlooks a building with an air conditioning drill. The worst part, if you come across site number 12 like us, you're in the basement and it's anything but nice. We asked to be moved and ended up being hung up on us. So, perhaps by going through hôtel.com, we only have the right to the most poorly located studio, but still at the price of €174! It's scandalous !

Had a lovely stay in New York suites, staff were helpful and friendly, gave me ideas where to visit.The suite was the ideal location to explore more Corfu, and lots restaurants choose from.The suite was clean and spacious, perfect base for my holiday.
