Very clean and excellent breakfast. Made welcome on arrival and great tea tray along with bathroom accompaniments. Sunny bedroom aspect and early check in was available.late keys were also offered. Booked through booking. Com and reviews were true

Faultless again. This was our 2nd stay over at this gorgeous guest house. Matt & Paul are fantastic and go above and beyond to serve you the best of everything, so welcoming. Breakfast perfect everything served hot and to perfection. Bread pudding gift also delicious. Thanks Guys ...

We had an enjoyable couple of nights. The room was small and the bed wasn't particularly comfortable but the welcome and service was excellent and the breakfast was good. Every departing guest also received a piece of homemade cake which was a nice touch. The property is very handy for walking into town.

Excellent guest house, very smart & clean. Breakfast was lovely and well presented. Owners very friendly and helpful. Handy for the centre of town and most other places. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Friendly, helpful hosts. Clean and cosy room with comfortable bed and a helpful information file recommending stuff to do and good places to eat. Lovely toiletries provided in the en-suite shower room. Great, tasty cooked breakfast and many good uncooked options with a wrapped gift of delicious cake to eat later. Overall, a lovely experience that we would strongly recommend.

This is a fabulous guest house, close to everything Keswick has to offer. It is very dog friendly and the hosts are great at recommending local places for food, drinks and activities. The rooms are clean and comfortable and breakfast is superb. Highly recommended!

Lovely B & B ideally situated for Keswick town centre & the easy railway walk between keswick & threlkeld. Room 4 was a double room with on suite shower, quite small but had everything we needed, comfy bed & pillows. It was a warm humid night so the fan provided was an added bonus. The room was spotlessy clean. Full english breakfast was delicious with a choice of fruit juices, cereal & yogurt. Great helpful hosts who provided delicious fruit cake as a little gift. Would stay again & recommended this lovely B & B.

Just arrived home after spending 4 nights at Salisbury quest house and it was perfect beds so comfy. The breakfast was perfect plenty of choice from fruit salad cereals cooked breakfast toast tea and coffee.The homemade cake on departure was a lovely . Thank you both for a lovely stay will definitely be booking again.
