This hotel built over 100 years ago and still retains the fell of luxury and the excellent staff look after your superbly,it was a delight to stay there.

This is a quiet comfortable affordable hotel in the lake district. The food is delicious of good quality and a varied choice.
The staff are polite and go about their job in a quiet way so as to cause as little disruption.
Only downside but this is my preference no phones in dining room nothing worse ! Excellent otherwise

This hotel was ideally located for our visit to Keswick. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The evening meals were fabulous. Top quality food and well presented. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. For those who are interested this hotel is a couple of minutes walk from the start of Keswick parkrun.

This was our 7th time staying at this wonderful hotel. Friendly helpful staff, great food and beautiful location. Ideal stay if you wish to explore Keswick and the Lake District. Great deals for dinner bed and breakfast! We can’t wait for our 8th visit very very soon!!
