Great location a minutes walk from Keswick town centre. Dog friendly with family rooms. Very friendly and helpful host. Everything you could need as a base to explore. Doesn’t offer breakfast which isn’t an issue for me being vegan. Drinks facilities and fridge in the room. En suite is a bonus

Stayed here 2 nights. Cramped room, the smallest en suite you could ever imagine. Very claustrophobic. No room in it for a wash hand basin. Shower water flow was slow and took a long while to drain away. Really disappointed as it cost £240. No breakfast included in the price. Extortionate. Dirty towels left hanging behind the door from the last occupants. Wouldn't stay again. And parking is impossible on the road.
