This hotel is not perfect but it's pretty good and we like it. We had a 2 bedroom suite facing the ocean with club access. The pools and ocean are delicious and offer good food options around it. Breakfast buffet was very good and dinner at the hotel restaurant was also very good. Gym is open 24 hours and pools are open for late night swimming. There was no foam roller in the gym; that's Gym 101 equipment. The gym can get hot near the windows facing the ocean and it needs more air conditioning. There was no bathing suit dryer but they did dry it at housekeeping within 90 minutes. They have a shuttle to take you to nearby locations such as the lighthouse and Boathouse Grill restaurant in the nearby state park. Club lounge had no newspapers on Saturdays. Housekeeping can take a long time to respond to requests and they are not good at picking up the phone. Friday night in the lobby is lively with kids and adults dancing amid live Latin music. Hotel is closing for renovation in May 2025 but we were happy just the way it is; i figure after the renovation you'll need a masters degree to figure out how to turn on the lights, shower and AC in your room. Just 30 minute ride to and from the Miami airport. A great place to use as a stopover for flights to and from South America or Europe. 24 hours here is a great way to recharge, especially if you want to just stay on property.

La propiedad estuvo ok cómo siempre (solo las toallas de la playa estaban viejas, tanto que tenían hueco).. lo que no me gustó fue el servicio y la ESTAFA por parte de *******, donde me vendieron un cuarto con “vista” (esas palabras estaban indicadas en la reserva) y la habitación que me dieron precisamente no tenía vista, por el contrario tenía una pared al frente. Es decir, difería a lo que se indicaba en la confirmación. Lo que es peor, cuando hice la queja con el Ritz, me indicaron que la estafa (usaron esas palabras también) venía de parte de *******, que me comunique con ellos y por supuesto que Expedía no ofrece ningún número o chat de contacto para reclamos.
Esta es la última vez que reservo a través de *******. NO LO RECOMIENDO.
