Un hôtel parfaitement situé au centre de Key West. Accueil agréable. Chambres sur 2 à 3 niveaux dans un immeuble rectangulaire autour d'une belle piscine. Chambre de belle dimension, propreté irréprochable, bien insonorisée, vue sur piscine. Excellente nuit dans cette hôtel au parking gratuit. Réception accommodante pour conserver le parking un peu tard dans la journée le jour du départ.

This was my 3rd trip to Key West in 3 years. I found the BW Hibiscus on a travel blog as one of the "hidden gems" on the island. I couldn't agree more. With rates under $300 (hard for KW), a nice full breakfast and a very peaceful, clean saltwater pool, this hotel is a great value. The location is superb. We have never rented a car on KW. This hotel is in a great location for walking or biking to dozens of restaurants, parks, bars, beaches, etc. I have had first floor and balcony rooms. All of the rooms are large and include refrigerator and microwave. The staff is extremely friendly and hardworking. I will be back for sure!

BW Hibiscus is Top Notch! The room was clean and comfortable. The staff, especially Will, was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. The location was great...walking distance to Southernmost Point, Duval St, many restaurants and other places of interest. And, convenient off street parking included. Although we did not use the pool it looked very clean and inviting. The breakfast was great...many choices and very clean.

The hotel was in a great location, just a block off of southern Duval Street in Key West. The front desk staff was wonderful, the room was very large and very clean. The bed and pillows were tops. The pool was heated and almost nearly empty of guests. I would certainly return to this hotel.

Grazie ad un upgrade abbiamo ricevuto una camera situata al secondo piano, con vista interna sulla piscina. Camera molto grande e moderna, dotata di ogni confort. Molto bella la piscina, con sedie a sdraio e ombrelloni. Ampio parcheggio a disposizione e compreso nel prezzo. Un tocco di cortesia da parte del personale: nella camera era disponibile un sacchetto di popcorn da scaldare al microonde, che abbiamo gustato a bordo piscina con una birra fresca. Molto buona anche la colazione tipica americana, con uova strapazzate, bacon e diversi prodotti dolci, frutta fresca. Personale molto gentile. Posizione ottima: si raggiungono a piedi tutte le attrazioni di Key West, proprio di fronte vi è inoltre la fermata del bus gratuito. Struttura da consigliare, prezzo molto buono in confronto ai prezzi esorbitanti di altri hotel a Key West.

Room was large, clean sheets and cover, pillows need replacing, tub needs replacing, was patched up and was old, shower curtain all ripped and stuck to skin taking shower, floor was filthy. Reviews said close to everything, which was not the case. Easy to get around with uber, fast and convenient. Would not stay again.

First and foremost location location location, rooms are huge beautiful pool, I will definitely stay here again, we brought our bicycles and were able to keep them in the room, beds were comfortable too ! Great hotel great price highly recommend
