"Overall the hotel room was spacious and clean. Only minor complaint was the shower pressure could have been stronger. I also found a strand of long hair in the bathtub when I used the shower for the first time. Otherwise everything else was good."

"The front desk was wonderful, room was good, pool area very nice. The problem was the cleaning crew. We wanted to stay until checkout at 11:00, as our flight didn’t leave until 2:30. At 10:00, two cleaning ladies with their cart parked directly outside our window, constantly looking into our window, just waiting for us to leave. We were extremely uncomfortable! No one likes to be watched from a peeping Tom outside their window. It was terrible. When we were finally left, we couldn’t get out the door because their cart was blocking the way."

"For how expensive it was, it wasn't as nice as it looked in the photos. They overcharged me, and when I went to complain, they told me I had to wait for an email that hadn't arrived yet. I don't recommend it."

"We had a wonderful stay at Havana Cabana in Key West! Parking was very easy and uncomplicated, which made everything super convenient. Our room was beautiful, with a lovely view of the ocean and the classic car in front of the hotel. The pool area was amazing very clean, with lots of fun floats, swim rings, and loungers to relax on. Just a small tip: be a bit careful with the bees around the pool area, but it wasn’t a big problem. At check-in, we were welcomed with a delicious cocktail and some small snacks. The shuttle service worked perfectly, and the driver was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you! Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel was great, clean and with all the necessary. The service at the restaurant was rather slow. The main remark relates to lack of clarity from Trip and the hotel on added costs: valet parking is "mandatory" as the hotel doesn't allow guests to self park. This comes at a (hidden) cost of 50 usd per day plus taxes. The manager didn't mention this when we asked about the big deposit they were taking on our credit card. Unfortunate surprise contrasting with the wonderful time we had at the hotel."
