The location of the hotel is of high quality, and the facilities and environment are good. The bedding is clean and comfortable, and the typical American breakfast in the morning is very comfortable to sit outside and enjoy. Worth a visit!

This hotel has been our favorite hotel by far. The property was gorgeous and clean. The staff was so friendly and attentive, Tereza on the beach was great! Loved that they came around the pool area and beach with Italian Ice. Everytime we left the room we came back to made beds, swept floors, & new towels. The hotel lobby smell is something I will try to replicate at home…so good. The breakfast was very good although a tad bit pricy but that’s expected at hotels especially in the Keys. We will be back and can’t wait to enjoy this gorgeous property again.

Great experience! Perhaps, the best hotel in Key West at present. The hotel was recently renovated. Hotel staff deserves special gratitude. Our restaurant hostess Shikha served us hot tea after checking with several restaurants in the hotel. It was very late at night and only 2 bars were open. It was not even her job, frankly, and we felt her attitude was superb. Farida - front desk manager - offered several upgrading options to us. We were offered wonderful ocean view room for the price of a street view room after one night stay in the later. Her attitude was outstanding throughout our stay. The same could be said about other staff members! They are finishing some renovation still, but overall impressions are great ! Kind regards. Jason Kurilin

Hilton casa marina (curio collection). -check in was a disaster. Arrived at 1pm asked if possibly room was ready, was greeted with “no way check back between now and 5” (check in was supposed to be at 3). It makes sense now, rooms are not cleaned before 4 or 5pm. When I asked if I could store my luggage and go get lunch, reply was “not sure if there is anyone to help”. Checked into room (very small) and pretty worn. Chipped furniture, and a shower that did not drain. Again not the end of the world, but on a list of issues it’s just another. Pack your patience with the elevators they are very slow and crowded. Don’t get me started on the service at the pool or restaurant. All I can say is good luck getting what you need. I do not blame this on any employee, this is a GM and management problem. Went to pick up my car from valet and they brought the wrong car. Luckily I am not interested in stealing a random car or it would have been easy. Valet shrugged it off and said oops and quickly fixed it. I tell you all of this because despite the horrible service and mediocre rooms, the property itself is beautiful and the staff very friendly and does their best (despite lack of training). Property appeared adequately staffed with management, however they didn’t seem to be doing much to remedy the situation. This is my first time with Hilton I normally am a bonvoy loyalist, and I know why now. Good luck and I hope you get these issues resolved. I won’t be staying here again and will need to warn others. It’s been almost a year when the outside bar door closed for renovation. So very happy to see some of the old staff, especially Jill behind the bar. Great job on the changes and updates. The revised menu looks good but need to ask, please bring back the roasted Brussel Sprouts. We look forward to spending many more years at your property.

We booked three rooms. One room was not cleaned, and the other room's door was not even closed after room cleaning. We came back in the night and found the door was open. We were scared and reported to the hotel immediately. No any feedback from the hotel till we left!
We will not choose to stay at this hotel in the future.

Spent 4 days at Casa Marina on a friend’s getaway. Great location, could walk to Duval in about 15 minutes. Two pools were nice so adults could enjoy without a lot of kids if they wanted. Nice beach with shallow wading area. Staff were super friendly, rooms clean, good food at breakfast. Will definitely return!

My young family of 5 visited Casa Marina over Spring Break this week and had a wonderful experience. We booked last July under the impression that the renovations would be completed, so I was quite worried when I started reading reviews that indicated that they were still ongoing. However in our experience, the impact was nonexistent. We had a room in the main building, which was spacious and nicely appointed. We had a 7, 4 and 1 y/o and we were relatively comfortable (room with two queens). The 1 y/o had a crib provided by the hotel, which could be tucked away around a corner of the room for some isolation. The walls were thick and the location of the room relative to the main amenities of the hotel made swinging up for a diaper or more sunscreen quite convenient. The only renovations that were still ongoing included the carpet in the halfway leading to our room which, frankly, was disgusting. I assume they are allowing it to deteriorate since they are planning to replace it soon. They also had a couple of beachside bars and fire pits that were being finished. Based on progress, I’d guess they will be opening in another couple of weeks, which will be an amazing accommodation once finished. The main bar in the lobby was small but beautiful and had some good drinks with great service. The lighting in the evenings was too bright, which made sitting at the lobby bar for a relaxing experience something we did one evening but never returned.

My recent stay at the Hilton was far from the pleasant experience I had anticipated. From the moment I checked in, it became evident that the renowned Hilton service was sorely lacking. Upon entering my first room, I was immediately hit with a nauseating smell of sewage. It was clear that there were serious issues with the plumbing. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, I received no assistance in moving to a new room. The lack of urgency and concern was disheartening. The problems didn’t end there. The service by the pool was abysmal. Despite attempting to enjoy some relaxation, I was met with long wait times and dismissive attitudes from the staff. What’s worse, I couldn’t shake the feeling of being profiled due to my younger age. It’s unacceptable for any guest to receive subpar treatment based on age or any other factor. Overall, my stay at the Hilton was a huge letdown. The lack of attention to basic amenities and the disregard for customer satisfaction tarnished the reputation of the Hilton brand. It’s evident that there is much room for improvement in the service provided at this establishment.
