The mattress at DoubleTree was very comfortable, and the small pool was nice too. They offer a shuttle service into town and airport transfers. However, when my flight landed, I tried calling for the pick-up shuttle, but the line was constantly busy. They do offer drop-offs to the airport for departures.

A group of 9 of us stayed here. Rooms are clean. Pool isn’t very cool (temperature-wise) and it’d be nice if there were some shaded areas in the pool to escape the midday heat (if needed), but it was clean and we had a great time. Beds were comfortable, ac was strong and effective in rooms. Wish there was a microwave in the room. Also, no travel toothpaste/brushes given out (but sold in hotel store). They close breakfast promptly at 10 (which kind of stinks for the traveler who enjoyed a night on Duval street the night before), however the food at the pool bar was delicious. Also, shoutout the reservation desk area Joseph for being especially friendly and welcoming, and David and Yan Wan in pool area bar/service. All top-tier attitudes and customer service.

An amazing property, the free shuttles to and from Duval street DT key west is great to save money on parking. The hotel staff was great, there check ih cookies were warm and fresh... Highly recommend

Overall the hotel room was spacious and clean. Only minor complaint was the shower pressure could have been stronger. I also found a strand of long hair in the bathtub when I used the shower for the first time. Otherwise everything else was good.
