Nice place. Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Parking is NOT included. I'm a bit annoyed about that because I didn't find anything about that when reserving the room. I even called and left a message on the concierge line asking about parking but never got a callback.

Good stay in hotel , personnel is good attitude, shuttle bus to downtown is perfect to plan my vacation visiting all attractions, good facilities cleanliness fridge and microwave in room also coffeemaker

The customer service is excellent. On our arrival, I was friendly greeted by Alicia and Joseph who took care of our reservation. They answered my questions and took care of my requests with professionalism , courtesy and proficiency. While checking out, I was also greeted by Mimi and Delvin with friendly smiles and helpful hints! Very nice and clean..beds were comfortable..love cold sheets ..had plush towels. Great coffee maker.The trolley comes by every hour I'd certainly stay here again. A resort within itself..centrally located. They make sure you have everything you need.
