Great location and awesome concierge. Room was hot, even with air con and fan on max though. Walls were thin too with noise carrying over from room next door.

Highly recommended the service was excellent. Nice beautiful beach view spending my 15 year anniversary with my wife.  highly recommend staying there again

This place has it all. We stayed here last year and came back again this year. I swear the beds are clouds that just lull you to sleep. The room is clean and comfortable. The view is perfect. The staff is so helpful and kind. I can't wait to book next years stay.

Great stay except for one night. There was a rooftop wedding reception right outside our balcony that blared exceptionally loud music for several hours.

We just left from our stay for a few days. Our room was lovely. The pool and beach were very nice. Yes there is seaweed on beach but a sign with nice explanation of why they do not clean it up is placed by the beach- good for our eco system. Hard to argue that. The staff were all friendly. Annie, Willow, and the always friendly and chill Bobby at the bar he was great! Stephanie was great poolside. For a Curio collection we were a tad disappointed In the fact that no ice makers worked. With a real feel of 100 plus degrees access to ice was missed. Our room we set to 65 degrees and it was always very warm. Thank goodness for a ceiling fan. Outside eating could have used the ceiling fans running for climate and to keep bugs away. It was a holiday weekend and only 1 elevator was working! They were actively working on it every day. Making for a lot of construction noise. I get getting elevator repair to the Keys is hard but the timing on a busy weekend was rough. Beds were comfortable. We had only able to be given a late checkout as Gold member until 12pm. From 11:20-12pm the maid knocked on our door several times to see if we were leaving- appreciate the pressure to turn the rooms around but my daughter was having a medical issue and I was trying to address that and pack and answer the door. Made for a rough last hour before leaving. If you wan t adult only type pool setting go to the sister hotel down the street: pool is small - when busy it gets a tad crazy with unattended small children. All and all it was beautiful!

Beautiful property and beach. Stephanie our beach waitress was awesome and provided non stop service. One of the elevators was broke during our stay but luckily we were only on the 2nd floor.. only other issue is the ice machine on our floor was broke during our stay.
