Great location and awesome concierge. Room was hot, even with air con and fan on max though. Walls were thin too with noise carrying over from room next door.

Highly recommended the service was excellent. Nice beautiful beach view spending my 15 year anniversary with my wife.  highly recommend staying there again

This place is maybe a 2 star. We arrived at 430 to check in. Room was not ready. Front desk was unapologetic like it was the norm for them. After complaining they comped a drink for us at the bar . Room was ready about 530 and they did offer a $50 credit. I am a diamond member who spends about 160 nights a year at Hilton properties. The digital key was not working and the phone systems were down. Next we go to the elevators. Only 1 worked the whole time we were they and as you can imagine 1 elevator with 220 rooms kept people waiting..quick hint.. press the down button to go up and call the elevator. Get to the room.. it was nice but walls extremely thin we could hear everything next door. The resort has paint peeling off the building everywhere. The beach was covered in sea**** and yes I know the resort can’t control that but I know most 4 and 5 star resorts remove the sea**** daily. Pool service was slow had to go to the bar and get my own drinks. Ice machine was out the entire stay on the 4th floor. My wife and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary and 2 weeks before our trip I reached out to the hotel to see if they had any recommendations. They took my email and I never heard anything. I called back after a week and the front desk said it was fine as long as I cleared it with security. Then a week later I get an email from Blaire giving me a list of photographers 4 days before we arrived.?? I had already hired a photographer based off what I was told. I gave Blaire the time and photographer name and they gave me the ok. Well while we were sitting at the pool we noticed them setting up for a wedding. I went to the front desk and Anisa said we would not have access to the beach for pictures. I told her this place sucks.. and she rolled her eyes and just basically did nothing but say she would text Blaire. Luckily our photographer was flexible and we were able to find an alternate location. When we returned that evening Anisa had a bottle of Prosecco in our room with a note apologizing. The staff is very low energy and just seem to not care with the exception of the valet and Willow at the front desk. They also had my bill wrong, but Willow corrected it quickly. I would absolutely not spend $700 a night at this place. I suggest you find another place to stay. The pictures they post are not what the property looks like.

Hotel location is awesome right near upper Duval. The beach here and at the sister property Casa Marina are gorgeous with assistants to set you up. The poolside service with drinks and food was a great luxury! Food and drinks were divine. The room was beautiful and very clean. There were some slight inconvenience items such as not having all the elevators working, running out of conditioner and lines in the lobby at check in/out. I would definitely go back.
