The property had issues with their kitchen the entire stay which has been an issue for some time at the hotel and has not been addressed. Bar never opened on time. I was forced to consistently order our daily using Uber Eats, because of the lack of food available.

A rooster was noisy & started at 1AM. Heard the trash being picked up at 5 AM. Had to pay every time we took the shuttle into downtown Key West. Room was small & not up to Marriott standards.

Very friendly staff. Nice accommodations and ample parking. Free shuttle service into the town, as we were a few blocks beyond walking distance.

Great location. A lot of things very close to the hotel. It does get a little noisy sometimes….maybe depending on which room you have. Overall very good. Great pool area and bar/lounge by the pool.
