I highly recommend this property the location is perfect and staff very friendly and helpful. Our travel agent gave us several options and so glad we chose this property and plan on returning on our next visit to Key West🥰

Die Lage gleich am Sunset Pier ist unschlagbar. Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit, das ganze Hotel ist sehr gepflegt. Unser Zimmer war riesig inkl. Balkon mit direkter Sicht auf den Sonnenuntergang.

May 14-17, 2024. Clean. Check in, male at the desk-super kind and friendly! A great way to be greeted after a flight:) Room-spacious and clean. Spa-amazing facial and massage, again,great staff! Pool-perfect, servers awesome! Location-easy walk to everything, but just far enough out of the fray. I’ll definitely be back.

The only good thing about my stay, was My room had the best view! I got lost and could not find my room. I had no phone on me and no way to reach out to anyone there were two cleaning employees. They’re just chatting it up on the steps. I asked if they could help me. I was lost and I could not find my room. She said well what’s the number? I said I don’t know then she proceeded to laugh because she thought that was funny or something, then continued to laugh. Watch me be upset so I asked someone else she didn’t speak English so I was lost about 45 minutes till I finally made it back to the front desk the bathtub there was absolutely disgusting. It had not been cleaned. I came back to my room to change and a lady was cleaning it. I asked her if she could just give me a minute because I needed to get changed , she said that she would have to finish cleaning the room before so I was late because she wouldn’t get out of my room for me to change… Treated very rudely would not recommend

Getting more expensive each year. Clientele getting to be less family-friendly. Pool staff usually very friendly but one in particular was unreasonably strict regarding a cooler bag we had for food for our baby. When this was reported to the hotel staff, the pool staff then started giving our family a cold shoulder, skipping us for any complimentary ices/towels and being mean to our young child. Other than that the experience is heavenly. Poolside service, beautiful views, location, etc etc.

Too many kids! Only had one waiter that was excellent. Others were incompetent. Food issues, ex. Tomato still had labels on . Issues with room

The location of this place is great, offering easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Room was large and view was nice. However, the pricing seems disproportionately high for what's being offered with regard to service and attention to detail. Our check in was difficult with the desk agent at first refusing to return to the desk to check us in through radio communication. Eventually she did but our key cards did not work, so we had to return to the desk to get new ones. Dinner at Hot Tin Roof was disappointing when our food came out with a hair on it. Other little things, like a torn robe and sink stopper not working could have been caught before guests arrived.

Great place to stay. Location is great. This trip our room location wasn't as good as previous trips. View was parking lot and bikes with the water blocked by palms (2nd floor). Rooms are amazing size, but starting to show some age. Service was very good.
