It is in a great location and the rooms nice and quiet considering where it’s located, however, the balcony chairs are very uncomfortable, and there is only one comfortable place to sit inside. The on site bar and restaurant are very nice and competitively priced. While there is an in room coffee maker they only leave two servings per day, any more you can get at the front desk. There is a very mini fridge in the room that will keep some items cool.

We had a great time at the Marker! The location cannot be beat - walking distance from Duvall, Mallory Square, tons of restaurants and bars. Rosalyn and Jack made sure our last day at the pool was the best one with fun games, great drinks and awesome music! Would definitely recommend

We made a mistake by booking here. Very overpriced for what you get. Staff did their jobs but that’s all they did. We stayed at 3 other resorts on our trip from key west to Miami and back. The others were much better.

A pupon arive no hospitality drink witch were to be included. Adult pool was closed on Saturday afternoon for a private function. I realize the cost of doing business in this area. But after paying over $1000.00 per night canadian. I want to have these small amenities. Not much to ask for. Other wise nice place.

Mariah was our “pool” black jack dealer. She did a great job engaging the vacationers and taught a bunch of us how to play Black Jack. A whole bunch of fun and we all loved her and would obviously recommend her to anyone lounging by the pool. She was great !!!!

Just got back from a week at The Marker. The resort is beautiful and very clean. Rooms are nice with a large bathroom. Nice balconies with great view of the pool and gardens. Big bar right next to the pool which was convenient. All new and modern. Had lunch at the restaurant and everything was outstanding as well as the drinks were very good. Location can’t be beat right across from the harbor with many restaurants and bars close by. My only issue and I knew this going in is that they open the resort to people who aren’t staying there. They claim to charge a fee for a day pass, but there’s an entrance right by the pool and people just walk in no one is checking anyone whether they have a pass or not, this leads to overcrowding and less chairs for the paying guests. I would say do away with the resort fee if you’re going to allow this. Having said that I would return here as there are many more pros than that single con.
