We booked a large room with a king size for four days. We received a small room with a king size bed with an extremely noisy spring mattress. There is a musty smell in the room of mold. After asking for the Manager to contact us we were given an email that bounced saying there is no such email address. The manager did end up calling us in the afternoon of day two. When we called the Manager back a couple of hours later the call went to voicemail. We left two messages and almost a day later still are waiting for a call back. Parking is additional and around the corner if the Inn is out of parking. Overall this has been a very uncomfortable two days so far.

There is absolutely nothing I can say negative about the Cabana Inn!! I can't wait to return to Key West and I will be staying here again. My cousin and I (86 y.o. and 76 y.o.) took our first look at Key West this month. The Cabana Inn was delightful....great continental breakfast w/fresh fruit, boiled eggs, yogurts, waffles, etc.....24 hr Starbucks coffee/hot chocolate and wine/cheese in the afternoon. It was clean...so "Key West"....loved the cabanas and the palm trees and Patrick (at the front desk) was a joy, a help and a great resource!! You'll love it, too!!

First, The staff was wonderful!! The lobby and pool area were nice. I have never stayed in a hotel room that was extreme need of repair. Especially the bathrooms. The mildew in the shower was so extreme that I had to wear flip flops to shower. I requested the bathroom shower to be cleaned and they did. The problem is the owners are not repair OLD rooms. The dust that is way up in the rafters was very think on light and seems. The cleaners could not reach that area without a tall ladder. The whole room was in need of repair. We came with a group that rented 7 rooms. They all had issues. The owners really need to invest in this property. What a great place it could be with some investment from the owners.

Had a great visit. Twins turned 75 and the hotel location was perfect for us. Found it quaint and old Key west. Loved it.

Great place in the heart of downtown Key West (but off of Duval Street enough to be nice & quiet). Lovely to have a nice breakfast & evening happy hour included.
Best part tho - very friendly & helpful staff!

Had an amazing stay over. Great customer service as for Patrick and Andrea. Enjoyed the breakfast and cheeses with wine and the hot tub let us not forget that!!! Thank you so much see y’all in the future

By far our favorite stay in the keys. We stayed in cottage 311 and it’s the perfect vibe for staying in Key West. Very central to EVERYTHING. You are walking distance from all the fun on Duval. Everyone on the property was super nice and the daily breakfast was perfect (they even have a waffle maker!). And I can’t leave out how picture perfect the property is. The only downfall was the banging noise we experienced by the pool from the restaurants/bars in the back; not sure what was happening but all of us that were by the pool thought they were hurting an animal because with every bang we would here a screech, to the point that one of the hotel workers peered over the fence to make sure that wasn’t the case. But that was definitely not a reflection on the hotel. My husband and I definitely plan to return.
