Casa 325 Guesthouse

Turned out to not be relaxing as I was hoping. Location to Duval was perfect but that also comes with down falls. Our 2nd floor room in the historic house was needing a facelift. The room next to us was being updated I think but the noise was CRAZY!!! At times I thought they were going to come through the walls and ceiling. They actually were ripping out walls and the ceiling. The weather was extremely hot so when back at the room to relax, it was extremely unrelaxing. Hopefully they update the whole building. A few other things that disappointed me: the pool was like bath water and was not refreshing on a hot day. I can’t image how warm the water will be in the summer. The beds, omg I have never had a squeakier bed in my entire life. I was afraid the shower door was going to break since it stuck so bad and wouldn’t move on the track. No outlet in bathroom so had to dry hair in kitchen. We didn’t have a car, but I guess no more parking. We had housekeeping one day but we only got new towels and garbage taken out. Nothing else I saw. The noise from the bar across the street and the rooster in the morning lol. So much morning noise out on the street. Wish they had an ice machine and Keurig in the room. Not sure how the window A/C units will hold up to the summer heat. We did speak with the front desk person and she was nice and felt bad about the noise. We did receive one night refund. I wish they would have told us about the renovations before we arrived so we could have booked another place. Or if the back building had available rooms back there to move us into one of those rooms. Hopefully after renovations are completed the place is better than our stay. We stayed at other place earlier in the week with a wedding party and it was great! It actually was directly behind the 2nd building and I never heard any noise.

Convenient location close to popular places and short walk to boat docks. However, should be advertised under "spare room for rent". Bathroom door door doesn't even have a door knob. No drawers or closet to store clothes. It was clean, but had a tiny single bed suitable for a child. Little or very disturbed sleep due to the loud bars close by. Very old wooden house, and you hear every step upstairs.

I love this place although is in a really busy area it’s really quiet, personal is so nice, studio was great!!

Very noisy! Rooms above being remodeled as worker start at 7am! Room very noisy from loud music from across the street roof top bar! We have stayed at the place many time! No more! We were told the did away with there parking to put a tiki hut a bar in it’s place! Rooms are not made for the noise that will probably come with this!

Had another wonderful stay at Casa 325. I have been sitting there for almost 20 years and it never disappoints. It is such a convenient location to everything yet. Quiet and super clean. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a wonderful Key West experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was nice that our room was ready and could drop our stuff off early. Location was perfect. We walked to everything. And when we had some downtime we really enjoyed the warm pool. Slept really well. There was no noise at all. We really had a great day. The property was extremely clean and tidy.

Room was very cute and quaint. Pool was nice. Little cobblestone sidewalk from street, lined with flowers!

I LOVE this place..It is close to everything....yet, not on noisy Duval but hidden behind it.....Its like your own secret garden....The pool is beautiful..The staff bends over backward to help you....beach towels and coolers free to use.....free luggage storage..This is my 2nd time to visit and it keeps getting better.

Great location right on Duval Street near all the action, great rate compared to nearby places. Pool is also a bonus. Will definitely be back.
