The Guesthouses at Southernmost Beach Resort - Adults Only

Southernmost Beach Resort is a true Key West experience with beautiful rooms, gorgeous views and emasculate gardens that are breathtaking. We stayed at the Avalon Guesthouse and we found it very clean, cozy and comfortable. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. I want to give a big shout out to Ophelia the awesome host at the Cafe. She is as sweet as can be with a smile to match and very knowledgeable on all questions pertaining to the resort. We look forward to visiting this charming resort on our next trip to Key West m, FL.😎🌴🍹⛱️

Awesome Stay. Great place.

My husband intently stayed at the guesthouse located at 1012 Duval St. the location was perfect and the Hostesses Marilyn and Kadie were terrific. Very friendly and accommodating. We had nice chats with them each morning at breakfast. This guesthouse has a small pool which we enjoyed as it is quiet and peaceful. We were able to use the Pineapple and Shores pools at the main house which is about 3 blocks up and enjoyed those as well. We were glad to be in the guesthouse though as it was quieter and in a much better location. Rooms were recently renovated and are beautiful. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was beautiful. We did not rent a car or bike and found everything to be with in about 1.5 miles walk from our guesthouse. We walked to the pier for the Yankee Freedom to go to Dry Tortuga. We walked to the Marina for some great BBQ. Mallory Square and Blue Heaven both easy walks from here as well. Duval St was great but we recommend walking down the side streets too. So much to see and do. If you think you want a bike, scooter, golf cart, or car you can get to a rental in a 3 minute walk from this guest house. From what we could see though you had to pay for parking everywhere. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit. CVS also about a 3 minute walk for any incidentals you may need.

We had an amazing stay for two nights , upgraded to the Dewey house beautiful room great location. Staff were attentive and friendly especially the breakfast crew. The only complaint I had was the restaurant/bar on the premises needs to improve on its service very slow for a supposedly high end venue. Definitely would return.

Everything was so convenient and the hospitality from Marilyn was excellent! We will definitely stay again and we highly recommend it here. It was clean, very nicely renovated, safe, and the porch out front was so nice to be able to enjoy and people watch!

This place is great! Jovana is a master of her craft behind the bar and a stellar personality. The pools are delightful. Crowd is wonderful. Customer service has been very attentive. The hotel’s location allows for convenient access to some of the better restaurants on the island.

Ophelia was so pleasant and kind. She stared our days off on a happy note. The resort was beautiful and staff friendly. The daily live music was a plus. Amy was awesome and we enjoyed the daily activities on site. Especially the Conch Blowing contest! We also learned how to Salsa Dance one day!

Loved it all!

Love that the location is on the quiet end of Duval, but it’s an easy walk to everywhere. The beach is beautiful and we had a perfect sunset view every night.
